Fantastic place, with good bikes and all supplies you need. They were also well reachable to answer questions through WhatsApp. I rented a city bike and it was perfect for exploring the area.

definitely the best bike repair / rental there is in the costa blanca! he has helped me allot with my bike and even though it was unfixable, he went out of his way to help me, once again i definitely recommend going here, they speak allot of languages are cheap and really helpfull

We hadden remblokjes nodig, met de oude naar elite bikes voor 3 setjes van het merk Walfort 30Euro afgerekend. Voor de montage even op Walfort gezocht en zag dat het een Action merk is en dat 1 setje 0,85E kost. Terug geweest maar de Duitse eigenaar deed alsof hij ze voor 6Euro inkocht, dus wilde geen geld teruggeven. Elite qua prijsstelling zeker.

As per our follow up conversation yesterday after your purchase, we pay a significantly higher price from our distributor and there is a small profit margin. We pride ourselves on being a local small business. We have researched into Action & found that the nearest shop in Finestrat with no option to purchase online. Should you wish to purchase from them directly, please return the unopened brake pads to us and we will refund you.

While out on a ride in Jávea, my MTB got a puncture and needed a new tire. I stopped by Elite Bikes and was impressed with their friendly and professional service. They quickly replaced the tire, adjusted my gears, and had me back on the trail in no time. Great local shop with knowledgeable staff – highly recommended!

J'ai apporté un tricycle à un parent âgé et le service était excellent. Ils ont vérifié les roues, les freins et la transmission, ce qui a rendu le trajet très sûr et confortable. J'ai été surpris d'apprendre qu'ils acceptent aussi les tricycles, ce qui est rare. Service convivial et de qualité.

Highly recommend for bike hire and servicing. English speaking and good pricing. We have been hiring electric bikes for years in Javea and only just found this placew this year. Central to Arenal, we hired a city bike for my wife to cycle into the hills with me on my manual road bike. The battery gave us 42 miles and some left over to do a hilly loop round Benissa, Orba and back. (I would not recommend to do mountain climbs without taking a battery to top up perhaps over lunch.) Also got my road bike serviced and was happy with service provided. Will be using again.

I hired an ebike for my wife Sarah to join me on a road ride. I have been cycling out here for 14 years. We were a little wary about the battery range for the bike but had no need to worry. The ebike Elite supplied was in great condition - like new. We did a 40mile (64km) loop out to Orba climbing 2300ft (700m). Sarah was in eco mode for most of it but used sport mode on the steep stuff and when we returned there was still 40% (2 of the 5 bars) left on the battery. Thanks Elite! We will be back again and will recommend you to our friends.

Voor een week 2 fietsen gehuurd. Eigenlijk gespecialiseerd in mountainbike maar ook huur is mogelijk. Na een gesprek over mountainbike gelijk een uitnodiging om op zondagen te gaan op een mtb excursie. Deze overgeslagen maar heel de week op een nette huurfiets rondgefietst. Bij teruggave van de fiets alles netjes afgehandeld. Aanrader voor wie bij plaja d'arenal een fiets wil huren.

Hired bikes to explore the area whilst on holiday. Pedal bikes were in excellent condition with good brakes. The owners gave us helmets and bike lock. Great service all round and recommend to anyone wanting to get around Jávea and see the coastal views.

Review: Uitstekende en snelle service bij banden plakken! Laatst had ik een lekke band en ben ik hier terechtgekomen voor een reparatie. Ik werd direct geholpen en binnen no-time was mijn binnenband vakkundig vervangen. De medewerker werkte snel en efficiënt. Daarnaast was de service vriendelijk en professioneel en een redelijke prijs. Ik kon meteen weer veilig de weg op! Kortom, een topservice voor iedereen die snel en goed geholpen wil worden bij een lekke band. Zeker een aanrader!

He ido a cambiar unas cubiertas. Al llegar a casa he visto que el precio oficial en la página web de vittoria era menor de los 130 euros que me han cobrado.( En otras web valen la mitad) Aparte la mano de obra 20 euros por poner dos cubiertas.Total 150€ No me parece correcto ni ético,ha sido una urgencia y he caído pero me siento estafado.

I took my bike for a service as it had been sat gathering dust for a while. The owner speaks multiple languages & was able to maintain & return my bike very quickly. It’s now as good as new. Very happy with the fast, thorough service for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Personal machista y condescendiente. Sobretodo el mecánico. El que no sabe nada, me hace la rebajita del tío Paco. Me "arreglan" el freno, 15€. 4 días después el freno no funciona, 10€ más por la rebajita del tío Paco. Al día siguiente, freno estropeado otra vez. El que no sabe dice: "la bicicleta estaba bien ayer al salir". Luego añade: "Aunque te creo si me dices que estaba mal", yo respondo: "Me vas a cobrar otra vez?" "Of course. Es que es una bicicleta vieja ". "Pues me la llevo a que me den una segunda opinión".
