Es una vergüenza de rent a car, después de ser cliente, en enviarles muchos clientes. Me mienten me hacen perder un día,vas a la oficina no te atienden bien. Me confunden con checoslovaco. Teniendo mis datos. Y al final no me alquilaron el coche porque no les di mi tarjeta del banco. Aún dándoles todas mis datos del banco. Y pagando en efectivo. Cosa que nunca me habían dicho antes. Y me dicen que antes las pagué con tarjeta. Cuando nunca he tenido. Llamarme antiguo. Pero a estos son unos sinvergüenzas.y me dejaron tirado después de un día entero.

Creo que fue para mi encontrar una empresa como Victoria Cars. La atención es una seña de identidad magnífica de todo su personal,. aunque quiero hacer mención especial de Adrian, con él todo es facilidad, atención y amabilidad, una suerte tener una persona como él.

Skoda Kamiq rented with license plate 6409MZN from Monday 20/09/2025 to Friday 26/09/2025. The price was 235 + 84 euros deposit for a full tank of gasoline = 319 euros, and you get the 84 euros back with a full tank upon return. Car returned on 26/09/2025 with a full tank, and we have proof of payment and photos. But they only refunded 64.90 euros, claiming the car was not fully refueled. This means they withheld 20 euros, knowing that 1 liter of gasoline in Spain is approximately 1.5 euros. So, there was a shortage of 13 liters in the car, pure fraud. Called Victoriacars twice, and they continue to insist that the car was not fully refueled. So, people, if you rent a car, take plenty of photos and proof of payment. So you can prove your car was fully refueled. My case is not unique, as people from Veulta Turistica have encountered the same full tank fraud with their rental. 20 euros were also withheld because the tank was supposedly not full. Victoria cars is pure fraud and deception in their car rentals!!!

Everything perfectly handled and organized

The office is very efficient, friendly and helpful! My one and only reserve is the re payment of a full tank of fuel. Paid for it on my visa debit, and would be returned if the tank was full. Which it was, however I got a message that the money needed to be paid back into an account with an IBAN. Luckily my husband has such an account. But how do tourist who do not have such an account. So happy to take the visa payment but could not repay into same account. Very strange

My goto car company on Costa Blanca. I have used them for several years now and they are trustworthy, with good service and friendly staff. I especially like the pick-up/bringing service. Thank you!

Would have given 5 stars but they tried to deliver the car to a similar but wrong address despite us emphasing in two emails the correct address. So car was delivered late.

Sensationeller Service zu fairem Preis! Unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben im Urlaub wegen Autopanne dringend ein Auto benötigt. Das Mietouto wurde direkt zu unserem Ferienhaus gebracht. Nach der Reparatur wurde das Mietouto durch Mitarbeiter von Victoria Cars in der Reparaturwerkstatt abgeholt. Depot für Tankfüllung wurde unverzüglich an uns überwiesen. Klar, wo wir zukünftig Mietautos buchen!!!!!!

Ждём машину уже час! Вотсап и телефон не отвечают , по картам офис в Кальпе закрыт до понедельника. Дозвонились в Аликанте, они в системе бронирования не видят заказ. Оказалось , что после получения подтверждения бронирования ещё надо было пройти по незаметной мелким штрифтом написанной гиперссылке и заполнить данные водительского удостоверения, и это уже после списания денег! Так как не заполнили , машину и не везут ,при этом позвонить и написать об этом никто не собирался жду. Обещали в порядке исключения таки привезти сегодня вечером машину, при том что сказали , что ничего заполнять уже не надо! Почему тогда не привезли вовремя? Отзыв уточняю : машину привезли , даже модель лучше , в итоге все ок, но пришлось понервничать

Super perfekte Abwicklung. Der Wagen wurde vor Ort angeliefert und auch vor Ort wieder abgeholt. Die Übergabe erfolgt sehr professionell ebenso wie die Abholung. Der Wagen wurde mit vollem Tank geliefert, dafür würde ein Deposit verlangt für eine Tankfüllung, Diese wurde komplett innerhalb von zwei Tagen nach Rückgabe mit vollem Tank des Wagens zurückerstattet, (Full / Full Regelung. Das Fahrzeug ( Jeep Compass ) war in einem perfekten Zustand . Alle in Allem sehr professionell und immer gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen. Von daher fünf Sterne

Avoid!!! We chose VictoriaCars as we'd used them previously for car rental in Alicante & had a good experience with no problems. But sadly not on this occasion. On returning the car, the man checked the car to make sure we had refueled & assured us that everything was fine & that our deposit would be returned within the next few days. However 4 days later when we'd returned home to the UK, we received an email from VictoriaCars informing us of supposed scratches on the car & that an amount had been deducted from our deposit. We can honestly say that there were no scratches that we were aware of that occurred during our rental period. There were many scratches on the car when we picked it up & they weren't all marked on the rental agreement form. The photos which VictoriaCars sent showing the supposed damage, show one white mark which looks like it could be bird poo which was about an inch long & then a second slight mark about the size of a pen top. We can't understand how a company can come back to you 4 days later with supposed damage. We believe this to be a scam! We sent several emails to query the supposed damage but got no response. We certainly won't be using VictoriaCars again & would advise others to avoid!

Terrible service! We booked a car, we had a responsible day and event. As a result, when we came to pick up the car from the office, it turned out to be unbooked. Neither the requested model nor the automatic transmission were provided to us at our request. All our plans were ruined!

Excellent service from Victoria Cars, chosen because their hire agreement allowed us to take the car into Gibraltar. Easy online booking process. The vehicle was delivered to our apartment in Javea 5 minutes before the advertised time. Simple handover from a slick professional team. Great comms throughout the pre and post hire period via WhatsApp including a check in to see if we needed to extend the hire period on the last day. Car collected from the apartment bang on schedule. Fuel deposit refunded within 12 hours of returning the car with a full tank of petrol. Not bad considering the car was collected at 1830. Excellent customer service, great communications, faultless delivery and collection process. I can’t recommend Victoria Cars highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent communication and service. Very nice, clean, new car. Very good price. The Opel Corsa was beautiful and even had Apple CarPlay to connect my iPhone. They even delivered to my hotel, the Diamanté Beach and return was even simpler as they have a relationship with the note and I dropped off the key, and they picked up the car. Excellent service. Buenas tardes, ya hemos utilizado anteriormente los servicios de esta empresa, todo bien, pero se olvidaron de devolvernos el dinero del combustible. El sábado quisimos alquilar un coche de nuevo, y lo reservamos a través de la página web online, por alguna razón nadie escribió que no nos entregarían el coche el sábado, llegamos a la oficina en Calpe (la oficina estaba abierta), Había un hombre en la foto, estaba gritando, usando un lenguaje grosero y nos echó de la oficina porque queríamos un reembolso. Hoy lunes 23 de diciembre de 2024 a las 12:00 llegamos a la oficina para devolver el dinero y recuperar el auto, la chica de al lado comenzó a registrarnos el auto hasta que llegó este señor y dijo que no había autos. Para nosotros, ¿cuéntanos a todos tus visitantes esta terrible relación? ¿Y por qué este hombre se permite tales cosas? Nadie devolvió el dinero tampoco. ¡Agregaré una foto de mi esposo y la reserva! ¡Nunca volveremos a contactar con esta empresa! ¡Y el hombre de la foto simplemente asustará a todos los clientes de este establecimiento! ¡No lo recomiendo!

Sto pensando di denunciarli per furto, dopo che si sono inventati una fattura di 205 euro per pulizia dell'auto e nuovi danni, e non hanno considerato le fotografie dove si vede in modo chiaro che i graffi erano già presenti. Un comportamento scandaloso!

Alquilé una furgoneta de 7 plazas y resultó estar en pésimas condiciones, neumáticos al fin de su vida útil, pérdida de líquido refrigerante, el climatizador no funcionaba, muchos golpes y arañazos, apenas frenaba, limpias para cambiar… un desastre, tras llamar varias veces no me dieron solución y al devolverla ni se disculparon, que ellos alquilan a cómo está el vehículo y que no es su culpa…. NO LO RECOMIENDO

The company unreasonably charges excessive fuel costs. I rented a Fiat Tipo, the tank capacity is 50 liters. When I returned the car, the fuel gauge showed almost 50% of the tank. The company returned the money for only 12 liters of fuel, that is, for 24% of the fuel. Draw your own conclusions. In my opinion, this is a real scam. In response to a claim, they rudely replied that my claims did not concern them.

Trato pesimo

alquilamos un coche de 7 plazas con el cual hicimos un viaje de 2300 km y en la vuelta nos reventó una rueda en plena autovía teniendo mucha suerte que pudimos controlar el coche , la sorpresa fue cuando cambiamos la rueda vimos que esta estaba totalmente lisa y con rajas. Nos alquilaron el coche en estas condiciones y no se han querido hacer responsables, ni siquiera una disculpa.

La semana pasada alquilamos una furgoneta en esta empresa y nuestra experiencia fue pésima, nos dieron un vehículo con bastante antigüedad, la ruedas estaban lisas por la parte de dentro (a simple vista no se veían) un faro delantero estaba fundido y lo mas grave fue que a causa de todo esto nos revento una rueda en la autovia y aún teniendo el seguro pagado no quisieron hacerse cargo de llamar a una grúa para que nos asistieran, nos tuvimos que cambiar nosotros la rueda, cuando vinieron a recoger la furgoneta no se dignaron a darnos una disculpa.

In all of the years that I needed to rent a car (I'm 78) I've never had such a positive experience as I had with Victoria Auto Rental in Calpe, Spain. The people are friendly and very helpful. They don't try to upsell you anything, they offered a emergency towing service at a low price which I thought was necessary (not an upsell but a suggestion). I had a problem. I left my rental keys in London. They were incredibly understanding and did not take advantage of me in any way! I once a needed a long term rental, they gave me a special rate. On and on. The best. Special thanks to Lorana and Adrian.

Der beste Service den ich jemals bei einer Autovermietung erlebt habe. Besser als S...t, H..z, A..s, A..o, E...e oder wie die sonst so heißen, viel besser Wir waren im Urlaub in Altea. Unser eigenes Auto war defekt und musste eine Woche in der Werkstatt bleiben, also brauchten wir schnell Ersatz. Abends online gebucht am nächsten Tag wurde das Auto, wie vereinbart, pünktlich auf die Minute in unser Ferienhaus gebracht. Die Abholung verlief genauso reibungslos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis war auch super! Vielen Dank an das Team von Victoriacars in Altea! Jederzeit wieder, absolut empfehlenswert.

We have rented cars several times now with Victoria Cars and they have changed our car hire experience entirely. We used to dread the worry that came with hiring cars - Victoria cars have changed all of this.There is no pressure at any stage to upgrade etc. We have mainly dealt with the Calpe office but we had dealings with both Alicante and Valencia offices this time and both offered the same very high levels of service (after picking up a car from Alicante we realised one of the windows wasn't closing properly. We called the Alicante office who promptly organised a replacement car for us to collect from Valencia which is where we were heading. The staff at Valencia were stood waiting for us we arrived! Adrian, as always has been outstanding.

Service Vraiment excellent !!! Livraison de la voiture à domicile, à l’heure. J’ai dû changer d’adresse de livraison la veille et cela n’a posé aucun problème. J’ai dû prolonger la location d’un jour et cela n’a posé aucun problème non plus. Le prix est peut être plus élevé que chez d’autres compagnies de location mais ici il n’y a pas de surprise. Le prix comprend le nombre de km et l’assurance omnium. J’ai eu une voiture neuve tout confort. Pas de GPS mais je ne l’avais pas demandé et j’ai utilisé le GPS du GSM. La voiture est livrée avec le plein d’essence et une caution est demandée pour couvrir les frais du plein si on ne l’a pas fait soi- même avant de rendre la voiture. Si le plein a pu être fait, la caution est remboursée. Un service vraiment au top. Comme je n’en ai jamais vu depuis 60 ans. Je leur donne le prix de l’excellence. 👍👍👍

Zeer klantvriendelijk en betrouwbaar autoverhuurbedrijf. Huurauto werd afgeleverd en opgehaald op de camping zonder meerkosten. De borgsom stond dezelfde dag al weer teruggeboekt op de creditcard. Enig minpuntje was dat de reserveerde Opel GrandLand er niet was en werd vervangen door een Seat Ateca.

I have used Victoria rent a car for twenty five years and have always found them first class. E.mails are answered promptly, the cars are practically new and in tip top condition, The airport transfers are prompt, the staff in Alicante and Calpe office are very efficient. Any fuel left in the tank is reimbursed to my account without any admin charge within a very short time. Well done Victoria and Adrian in particular.

Used Victoria Cars a few times and can't recommend them enough. There are cheaper options on some websites but they try and get you to buy all insurances etc and not all as it seems. With Victoria Cars, you pay a little extra but everything included and hassle free. The staff delivered and collected the car to / from our hotel. They respond within 30 min of emails and are really helpful. The refund for the fuel was back in our account in the UK within 48hrs.

Fijne service. Zijn heel flexibel. Moest vanwege het ziekbed van mijn vader, de huurperiode meerdere keren verlengen. De auto was netjes en ook fijn dat ze de auto op het logeeradres bezorgen. Benzinegeld direct teruggestort. Echt een aanrader.

Prima verhuur bedrijf. Komen, indien nodig je ophalen bij hotel/appartement. Auto,s goed onderhouden en komen hun afspraken na. Had de betaalde benzine borg binnen 48 uur terug. Aanrader voor wie voor een normale prijs een auto wilt huren.

El coche que alquilé estaba en perfectas condiciones y limpio. Además, durante el período de alquiler, no tuve ningún problema técnico ni complicación. They made my life easier by dropping off and picking up the car at my home in my tiny village in Spain. Their service by itself would have been enough but they also gave me a car with CarPlay which let me use google maps and listen to my audible books through the car

Car was to be premium but it had cloth seats ,only color red and no back up camera. The service however was very good. I considered a bit pricey for this car. I had it delivered and picked up without any issues and on time.

Un coche por un día por un precio contratado por teléfono. Una atención super educada, respetuosa y sincera. El coche me lo trajeron al camping donde estaba alojado y luego lo recogieron allí. Yo dejé las llaves en recepción. Es un auténtico lujo de servicio el que me ofrecieron. Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo por Calpe

Nada recomendable. Alquilamos una moto a través de su portal online y seleccionamos recogida en Calpe y entrega en Benidorm. Nos llegó el email de confirmación. Cuando fuimos a recogerla a Calpe nos dijeron que la teníamos que entregar ahí. Les dijimos que en su web dejaba seleccionar Benidorm como punto de entrega y que además nos lo habían confirmado por email. Nos dijeron tanto la chica que nos atendió como otro de los empleados, con risa irónica que eso son peticiones y que cómo vamos a dejar una moto en Benidorm, que la teníamos que llevar ahí. Fue muy incómodo y viendo que se reían de nosotros dijimos que estaba bien. Devolvimos en Calpe y explicamos a otra empleada nuestro descontento con el trato recibido cuando había sido un error de su web y nos confirmó que así era, que era un error y teníamos razón. Pero no se nos resarció por el tiempo, las molestias y los km de más hasta Calpe ni se nos pidieron disculpas. Además, tenemos por escrito en el ticket que nos tenían que devolver 8€ de combustible (no nos lo pudieron devolver en el momento) y han devuelto solo 7€. Una experiencia pésima con una empresa que no recomiendo a nadie.

I had the premium package with full insurance and they still charge me for a dent in the car that happend without me knowing about it, because I didnt know about it I could not make a police report and they still charge me.

Goede en vriendelijke service. Ik heb per mail geboekt omdat de website niet goed werkt op een ipad. Daarna de huur goed af kunnen stemmen. Bezorging aan huis was geen probleem en erg vriendelijk geholpen. De auto was vrij nieuw en voorzien van CarPlay. Geen moeilijk gedoe met verzekeringen maar gewoon goed geregeld. Ik zou Victoria zeker aanbevelen.

Excellent service, everything was great from start to finish, easy process and they did everything they said. Hired a car for a week picked up in Calpe and dropped off at Victoria cars at Valencia airport and then taken short 5 minute ride to the airport by shuttle bus. Nice clean, well maintained car. Vehicle was delivered to our Villa by a person who was fluent in English. He explained all the cars functions and the T&C's in detail. They were very accommodating when it came to extending the hire by a day. Good value for money and good service.

Having read all the other reviews by satisfied customers I booked a car from the Calpe office. The car was delivered on time to my hotel. I just had to sign the hire document and show driving license and passport. I paid the hire charge and for a full tank of fuel. The car was collected the next day and I got a refund at pump prices for all unused fuel. Insurance was included in the rental price and there was no attempt to get me to buy anything extra. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and I know where I will be getting any future car hire from. A breath of fresh air in the car hire business

Reasonable price for an automatic SUV, low mileage and all ready with no waiting at the local desk vs. Airport lines. Friendly and helpful staff, they actually answer the customer service phone. I have now used the local office my last 3 visits to Calpe, no hesitation to recommend them.

Because I did not take out their insurance I had to leave a 1200 euros deposit on my UK credit card In the past with other car hire companies the amount is blocked on the card but not physically charged. VICTORIA charged my card then refunded 10 days later . Due to the way card companies charge I received back GBP 55 less than I was charged. Exchange rate may also have moved as well Mot a great practice . Use a local credit card or go elsewhere

I had a long term rental with Victoria Cars in Calpe and I can't fault it. Both the price but more importantly the service were first class hence the length of the lease. Adrian (Manager in Calpe) was really helpful and made the monthly renewal seamless. I returned the car to Alicante airport today with no issue and really easy with their shuttle straight to the terminal building. Fully recommend them above all others I've used.

Ich kann über die Miietwagenfirma nur positives Berichten. Ich hatte dort im Urlaub probleme mit meinem Wagen, der dann dort in die Werkstatt musste. Mir wurde bei Victoria Cars ein Mietwagen zu echt erschwinglichen preisen geboten. Betonen muss ich , dass dort gleich zwei Deutschsprachige mitarbeiter helfen können, die einen sehr gut helfen können. Diese Bieten auch Hilfe außerhalb ihren Aufgaben an. So konnte ich auch mit der Vertrags-werkstatt Komunizieren in der ich mein Fahrzeug gegeben hatte, da diese nur Spanisch konnte. Der Mietwagen war gerade zu neu und in einem TOP zustand. Auch die Versicherung ist hier ohne Selbstbeteiligung. Echt Fair und zu guten Preisen!

Ze proberen je niet van alles aan te smeren, alles heel goed afgehandeld. Vooraf nog contact gehad via WhatsApp om alles te bevestigen. Kreeg een volle tank en moest vol terug, geen borg voor tank betaald. Volgende keer wordt het zeker weer victoriacars.

Prima service, binnen een paar minuten door het busje opgehaald op de aangewezen parkeerplaats van het vliegveld en naar het kantoortje wat verderop gebracht. Medewerker heeft geholpen om met koppelen van de telefoon aan het audiosysteem van de auto. En heel netjes alles genoteerd wat er al aan mini-krasjes op de auto aanwezig was. We hadden laten weten hoe laat we zouden komen om de auto in te leveren en ook toen werden we meteen weer netjes teruggebracht naar het vliegveld. (Wij hadden het premium-pakket.)

Der Anfangsservice war gut, Auto wurde vor die Tür gebracht. Das Auto entsprach nicht dem, was wir gebucht hatten. Bei Buchung hatten wir auf Behinderung hingewiesen, d.h. Auto ohne Ladekante. Ein 43 kg Teil musste immer über eine hohe Ladekante gehievt werden. Gebuchtes Navi war auch nicht vorhanden, müssten wir uns selbst in Calpe abholen, ohne uns auszukennen! Wir sind 2 Stunden rumgekurvt und haben die Vermietung zufällig gefunden. Ein zugesagter Wechsel des Autos fand nicht statt. Wir bekamen ein Navi für in den Zigarettenanzünder, funktionierte miserabel! Wackelkontakt und wir standen zufällig vor unserem Urlaubs Haus und das Navi schickte uns für 1,7 km weg vom Ziel. Unsere Versuche, ein anderes Auto ohne Ladekante, mit richtigem Navi zu bekommen hatten keinen Erfolg. Man sagte mir am Telefon, man hatte jetzt lange genug mit mir telefoniert und aufgelegt. Wir haben den Mietwagen kaum genutzt, da er für uns mehr als unpassend war. Hier buche ich nie wieder!!!

Be aware of these thieves, they will take you to their office with lies about having the best prices and after taking your money on line, they want to charge you for any reason huge ammounts of money. The person in charge in Valencia is the worst, he treated us with anger, bad manners, and made us feel like if he was doing us a favor. I paid on line the price for the rental and insurance and he wanted to charge me more money for insurance and since I didnt pay again for insurance, he kept a deposit of 700 USD. He did not want to check the car when he gave it to me, and when we returned the car, he made up all these scratches that the car did have already and charged my credit card for more money, not having even the courtesy to explain or rob us ultimately in a good maner. I will never reccommend this place and if you dont want to start bad your time in Valencia or anywhere else, avoid this company.

Prima auto met heel weinig kilometers, nog geen 3000 km op de teller. Schoon gebracht bij het hotel en op de afgesproken tijd. Alles volgens afspraak. Bij inlevering keurig gepast het geld terug gegeven. Volgende keer huur ik weer bij Victoria een auto. Kan Victoria iedereen aanraden.

Victoria Cars outstanding Service & Support! Booked a car (license plate 9628 KVS) from group F in the period 30-06-19 up to 07-07-19. I rarely write a review. But in this case I just had to do it just to share my experience with Victoria Cars. Every year before the vacation starts a lot of headache for finding a reliable car rental company. And really it took me a couple of week to find a suitable and reliable company, because no one wants to be cheated afterwards! Also everyone has some wishes with a car. So I sent a mail to multiple companies (e.g. rental companies at Alicante Airport) just for information. Some I really didn't hear anything and some after a week! What would happened if a booked the car online and there was some issues with it and I sent a mail?? But Victoria Cars replied within a view minutes...I was really flabbergasted :-)...also because I sent the mail in the evening... All the questions I had (during multiple mails), Adrian answered them fast, correctly and most of all politely. You would prefer to expect as a vacationer also some service(s) (I don't going to tell what kind of service(s) ;-)) but also that were no issues for Victoria Cars. Really there was a moment I couldn’t believe it anymore. But the day I received the car everything was correct! The car was clean from inside/outside, barely 5000 km’s, great sound system, airco worked perfect and so on. You immediately felt that you didn't have to check anything such as scratches and dents. The car was just perfect (the wooww feeling!) Was there really nothing went wrong? Yes off course! Wherever people work, mistakes can be made. Sent a quick mail to Adrian and few days later issue was solved. Unfortunately, some reviewers don’t understand this… @Adrian: as I said multiple times in my mails again thanks for your outstanding Service & Support. It was really a pleasure to drive the car during our vacation. Just keep up the good work! Also thanks to Andrea. If I could give you more stars I certainly had done that! Wij hadden al verschillende keren gehuurd een paar jaar terug. Dus waren we tevreden van. Ik stuur mijn pa naar hier en ik reserveer via de website een wagen voor hem. Ik betaal alles via internet.. Ook 20 euro Benz die erbij stond. Toen we aankwamen om de auto op te halen moesten we opeens meer dan 100 euro bij betalen voor Benz en nog een verzekering. Kwam op meer dan 300 euro voor 10 dagen..kleinste autootje hé. Na veel discussie heb ik gezegd, hier stopt het en geef ons geld maar terug. Hebben ze ook gedaan. En daarvoor heb ik dan iedere keer op fb deze firma aan geboden aan pers die een huurwagen zochten. Was ook onze laatste keer dat we hier zijn geweest.

Стараются сделать по максимуму для клиента. Рекомендую! Несколько советов: - Бронировать желательно заранее, чтобы получить именно что хотите, а не выбирать из того что есть. - Обязательно берите полный пакет страховки «все включено». На этом не экономьте. Нашу машину поцарапали в нескольких местах другие водители на парковках. Поэтому если даже вы - ас, вокруг много других водителей с меньшим опытом. Она покрывает все. Плюс на вас при возврате не спишут то что было до вас. Плюс не нужен залог за авто. Берите и не переживайте ни о чем. Это недорого и очень удобно. - Договоритесь что вы берите машину с полным баком топлива и вернете тоже с полным баком. Перед возвратом сами ищите заправку поблизости с хорошей ценой и заправляетесь. Так гораздо выгоднее. С нас хотели взять 60€, мы заправили сами за 45€. Не соглашайтесь на оплату топлива при приеме авто с компенсацией не использованного при возврате - это невыгодно, они вернут меньше. - Соблюдайте скоростные ограничения, придерживайтесь всех правил, аккуратно с платной парковкой и будьте готовы к платным дорогам! Dear travellers Do your self a favor and never rent a car from them. I arrived at Valencia airport after midnight was taken to their shady office in a scecthy van when their employee this black dude wrote a number on a piece of paper in pen 350 eur and demanded to pay the money in cash in order to get the car. I speak spanish so it wasnt a miscommunication or anything. He wanted cash and wouldnt even give me an official paperwork or show me what the money is for. I had my own insurance and rental was partially paid with 30 eur remaining balance but definitely not 350 eur. PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. this whole experience ended up costing me alot more than expected. I never suspected this to happen when reserving through RYANAIR and thet apperently dont even deal with complainants it CARTRAWLER and their service is the worst. Its all online you cant talk to anyone and they refused to even refund me for the aweful service i paid for. BE CAREFUL After more than one year the car rental company decides to respond with something that makes no sense. Credit card was never an issue i had 2 mastercards one with 3000$ and other 11.000$ spending limit. You are running a scam and you know it!!!! Check the facts before you response. If it wasnt for my bank that was most helpful i wouldnt even get the deposit back. You scamers left me in the middle of the night at the airport becuse i wouldnt submit to your SCAM activity!

Our car broke down and we hired a car with Victoria. We called to make a booking and the person on the phone offered to come and collect us from our home and on return a driver take us back for free. We had a new car and the rates just normal. Paid about 140 for a week with full insurance.

Hier bekommt man wirklich was man braucht! Super Service! Mit Abstand die beste Autovermietung an der Costa Blanca die ich bis jetzt probiert habe. Service sogar mit Pick up direct an der Haustüre. Kann die Jungs nur empfehlen.

Second time that I rent a car at Victoria Cars. Never had any problem. Warning: if you want to be sure that you´ll have a car, you better reserve the car using their website. Even in the low-season (!) since they don´t have that much cars in low-season.

Servicio más que correcto y amable . El vehículo bastante nuevo, limpio, en perfecto estado. Nosotros, un grupo de 9 personas, estamos más que contentos del servicio prestado.

Très déçu de ce service. Réservation claire via web, juste 30€ de carburant devaient être ajoutés lors de la prise du véhicule. Ces 30€ sont devenus 76,03€ + des frais administratifs pour un montant total de 122€. A cela s'ajoute le paiement direct de 1200€ de "réserve" qui ne seront remboursés que un mois après restitution de la voiture. Jamais vu lorsque j'ai déjà loué des voitures via d'autres agences.

BEWARE! I rented a car in Alicante in July 2017. When arriving at the office, the staff was rude and unfriendly. They tried to sell me insurance costing 4 times as much as the one bought through Ryanair. I inspected and took pics of the car and found no less than 9 faults. I drove the car without any damage and when returning the car, I insisted that the Victoria employee inspected the car with me. He found no damage and signed the yellow paper. All well. NOT. When returning home, I got a mail from Adrian of Victoria Cars, claiming they had charged my credit card for "damage" to a mirror. Great company. First the guy signs it off as OK, then they invent a "damage" to take your money. And that's not all. They are open 24 hours, but since I got there at 6.45 they are (of course) charging my card for "out of office" costs, mention of which can be found nowhere. I of course complained and this fraudulent company now say I am the person guilty of fraud, because I refuse to pay for the "damage". Adrian wrote this "Please note we will also make a complain at the judge in Spain, Denia, for fraud from you side. ". Please note that I am well insured and the so called "damage" will covered by my insurance, so it won't cost me any money. Bottom line. They will cheat you, and if you don't pay, they will press charges. STAY AWAY-THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

Lo peor de lo peor. Vas a recoger tu coche, cuyo alquiler has pagado on line, con un seguro de daños que también has pagado on line. Pues ellos te intentan imponer su seguro de daños y si no aceptas te retendrán 1200 euros en tu tarjeta de crédito una semana, avisándote de que cuando lo entregues el coche irá a un taller a que lo revisen por arriba y por abajo y si le encuentran el más mínimo, recalcándote lo de mínimo, "daño" te lo descontarán de esos 1200 euros, por lo que "es mucho mejor que pagues esos otros 60 euros" por algo que ya has pagado previamente. A esos 60 euros tienes que añadirle otros 35 euros de gestión, gestión de qué? Le preguntamos, cuando lo hemos gestionado todo por internet, gestión de la gasolina? Nos contesta sin saber muy bien como justificar esos 35 euros. Eso me lo puede dar por escrito? donde pone que tienen que retenerme el dinero una semana? y esos gastos de gestión?, No claro que no. Y además tienes que pagar 85 euros de depósito por la gasolina que te devolverán cuando entregues el coche. 60+35+85!!! Te piden 180 euros por sacar un coche que ya has pagado previamente!!!! De los cuales te devolverían 85 Dios sabe cuando. Además la actitud del representante fue de todo menos profesional cuando le dijimos que en absoluto estábamos de acuerdo con aquello, su respuesta: Si no pagas esto, no te llevas el coche (coche que recuerden ya estaba pagado!!!). Solución: Cancelación+reclamación+reserva con una compañía sería que nos costó menos de lo que nos pedían por lo que ya habíamos pagado.

Avoid this bunch of con-men at all costs. They are like wolves, and will try to rip you off left right and centre is they smell even a hint of timidity. No damage? No problem - they will charge you for some! Fuel charges? They try to triple the price! Promised A, B and C? No worries - they will give you X, Y and Z; or even nothing at all! These criminals will try to ruin your holiday, so don't give them the chance. Go somewhere else!

Do not use this company. Like other reviewers, I was scammed in three ways by this appalling company. In an effort to force me to take out their own exorbitant insurance, twice they deliberately keyed in the wrong credit card transaction details to get the transaction declined. My bank confirmed that no transaction had been recorded on their systems. Suspicious, I asked Victoria Cars to re-key the transaction as I watched and (surprise, surprise) it went through OK. I returned the minibus undamaged with a full tank of petrol. They confirmed the fuel tank was full. I insisted they inspect the minibus for damage immediately. This was witnessed by myself and the other seven occupants. No damage was found. Two weeks later they had still not refunded my accident damage deposit and fuel deposit. After three weeks they finally refunded part of the deposits, deducting a total of £197, providing photos of 'damage' and deducting an administration fee for refuelling. They provided photographs of 'damage' they claimed was my responsibility. I had hung onto the original hire document that recorded damage on the vehicle at the time we picked up the car. The two marks they had highlighted as being caused by me clearly corresponded to marks on the hire document. They ignored all further correspondence on the subject. The minibus was OK and the price (even allowing for the additional £197 scammed out of me) was OK, but their business practices stink.

When arriving I also got offered the extra insurance which I declined. I processed my petrol payment and on my credit card and then was charging my credit card 700euro deposit as I hadent taken the insurance. This payment declined several times for no apparent reason. I called my credit card company incase it had been blocked for some reason. They confirmed there was absolutely no issue with my card and the declines did not show on my card. This made me very suspicious as declines always show as confirmed by the credit card security team. I tried again while the company was on the phone but this didn't work. This left me no other option but to take the insurance which I could put on my debit card as a payment. This meant the car didn't need to be checked. I suspect they made my card decline to make me take this insurance and get more money from me. Secondly their fuel charge is a scam. I was charged 90 euros for fuel for a entry level petrol car. Even a gas guzzling 4x4 would cost less to fill. I filled the car from empty and it cost me 30euro. When I returned the car it had 3/4 a tank of fuel. I was refunded 50euros for this fuel therefore charging me 40euros for a 1/4 tank of fuel despite me knowing it cost 30 euros to fill. I booked this car last minute and picked it purely on it being the cheapest and available. I will never make this mistake again and I encourage all readers to stay well clear as what looks like a great deal of 70euros for a week car hire turned into 70euro hire 83euro insurance 40euro petrol charge ( still waiting on this ) Finally the quality of the car was terrible: The steering was off and when driving straight the car pulled, the aircon did not work, the car made a noise everytime you took your foot off the accelerator and when turning the wheel to near full lock it screeched. Please go to a more reputable company and avoid all these additional chargers that are really not made clear on booking.

La peste de los Rent a Car se Alicante. Los trabajadores de la oficina cerca del aeropuerto son unos energúmenos muy poco profesionales y antipáticos. Los coches poseen más Km's respecto a otros Rent a car de la zona. Creo que con todas las compañías que hay en Alicante, no hay necesidad de arriesgarse a sufrir un incidente con esta compañía poco profesional que al ser más barato lo recupera engañando a los clientes.

We hired a small Opel Corsa in June 2016. The price was doubled when we arrived due to extra fees. Late pick up and adm.fee. We bought no extra insurance, and the company reserved 700 Euros on my Mastercard. When we delivered the car back 10 days later, nothing was damaged. Still Victoria Car Hire held back 300 Euros of the deposit. And claimed several small damages, on mirror and tire. I can not stress enough that everybody should avoid doing buisness whit this company. They are a fraud. Cheating costumers on regularly basis. No service, only monkey buisness

Correcto servicio aunque a un precio algo superior que otras empresas de alquiler de coches. No obstante contratando empresas de toda la vida como VictoriaCars te ahorras muchos disgustos de gastos extras que otras empresas más económicas yu más recientes están aplicando.

Alquilamos en la oficina de Calpe un peugeot 5008 automatico. Tenia muy pocos kilometros cuando nos lo dieron y estaba muy bien cuidado. En el interior venía bastante completo, con sensor de aparcamiento, freno de mano electronico... Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido el cambio de marchas de este coche, pero como tenia levas muy bien.
