Wir haben den Kontakt zum Vermieter direkt über unser Hotel aufgenommen und wurden am nächsten Morgen vor dem Hotel abgeholt, um unser Wunschauto zu mieten. Es verlief alles reibungslos und die Bedingungen wurden uns ausführlich erläutert. Das Auto war neuwertig und ohne Mängel. Die Kaution betrug 200 Euro. Das Auto wurde am Sonntag direkt vor dem Hotel wieder abgeholt und wir haben die Kaution sofort ausgezahlt bekommen. Ich kann die Vermietung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Hinweis: Um die Selbstbeteiligung auszuschließen, kann man eine Tagespauschale von ca. 20 Euro (je nach Auto) abschließen. Danke an Marco für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Being in Ibiza for only 3 days we wanted to get a car for a day to see as much as possible but not have to collect from the airport. We noticed this place was just across the road from our hotel in San Antonio. The reviews were very promising and positive and from our experience were 💯 accurate. It feels slightly uneasy sending psssport/driving license and credit card details via WhatsApp but on arriving at the office and with the WhatsApp conversations leading up to collection day it was obvious this is a very well run car rental company. Mario who I’d been in contact with was so accommodating and I’d asked if our car had Apple car play (for Google maps) but it was a manual fiat 500 which he said didn’t. On arrival he’d arranged a free upgrade to a Skoda Kamiq with car play and also automatic which was amazing. Just don’t be caught out that newer cars tend to have USBC rather than standard USB but with two phones we managed with battery for the day. Drop off was also really easy and just topped the fuel back up to full at the local petrol station and put the keys through the little hole in the wall. Great experience. Thanks Mario 👍🏻👍🏻

Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt, das Erstellen des Vertrages war einfach und ging zügig. Unser Berater Pepe war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Gern wieder. 👍👍

Good and Honest Car rental company. Pepe was very kind and will explain to you everything in detail! Good value and would reccomend for visiting the island. I visited Cala bassa, comte and d'hort using the rental which would be more expensive and difficult without a rental car.

Como ya comprobaste con nuestro Servicio Aeropuerto Express no tendrás que desplazarte a ninguna oficina ni esperar a nuestro personal, tu vehículo te estará esperando en el Parking P1 (50 metros delante de la terminal de llegadas) con toda la documentación dentro. Llegar, pagar el ticket del parking y empezar directamente a disfrutar de tus vacaciones en Ibiza. Muchas gracias por tu reseña positiva. Pepe collected us from our hotel and took us to the office. We quickly sorted insurance and paperwork and he handed the keys over. Pepe was very polite, friendly and explained everything clearly and in detail. The car was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring Ibiza island for two days. Returning the car was just as simple, we parked up, sent Pepe a WhatsApp picture with its location, left keys in hotel reception and the car was collected. Highly recommended and we will use again 😀

Super Service! Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Auto mehr als zufrieden. Coole Technik, sauber und nichts zu beanstanden. Der Mitarbeiter holte uns im Hotel ab und brachte uns zum Autoverleih. Dort wurden die Formalitäten schnell geregelt und wir konnten losfahren. Wichtige Hinweise zu den besten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel erhielten wir auch. Nach Beendigung unsere Ausleihzeit wurde das Auto auf unserem Hotelparkplatz abgeholt und die Kaution sehr schnell zurücküberwiesen. Beim nächsten Mal sehr gern wieder!

Our experiences were really good. We book the car via our hotel. The car rental picked us up from the hotel. Contract signing was very easy. We had the car, a Fiat 500, for 2 days. The car was in a good status and clean. On the last day we parked the car on our hotel parking area and gave the key to the reception. The car was picked up by the car rental without any issues, confirmed by a short message. The next day I realized that I forgot something in the car. After a short communication, they brought it to the hotel. I would do it the same way again.

Wir hatten drei Tage einen Fiat 500 gebucht... wurden vom Hotel Abrat abgeholt und sind in die Autovermietung gefahren und haben dort das Auto bekommen...nach drei Tagen haben wir das Auto vor das Hotel gestellt, den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgegeben und ein paar Bilder des Autos über Waths App an die Autovermietung geschickt...das Auto wurde wieder abgeholt und wir haben die Kaution wiederbekommen.....Besser geht es nicht !!! Alles total professionell und problemlos. VIELEN DANK AN PEPE

Fantastic service provided by Pepe and Mario. Completely stress free. Collected from the hotel by Pepe and taken to the office. Everything was explained clearly and any questions answered. Price was competitive and we were even upgraded at no extra cost. Car was excellent and we had a great day out. Thank you. We will definitely use again when we return.

We hired our car at the hotel Abrat from Autos Portmany. They came and collected us on time and took us to their office. We filled out paperwork, and the whole experience was fast with friendly customer service. The car was clean and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company.

The car rental was very efficient, the service was very friendly and professional, the documents were signed quickly, and the deposit was immediately paid after returning the car. The price was very reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this car rental, everything from booking to picking up a car and returning was so easy and quick. We got new skoda kamiq with CarPlay so it made it easier to drive around the island. Cars are clean and fresh. The deposit blocked on my card was 200€, we left the car in front of the office at 9 pm because it was already closed and the next morning it was back on my bank account. You don’t have to fill up the gas before returning the car and the fuel you use will be deducted from your deposit. The best car rental, they don’t want to cheat you. If you are in Sant Antonio and want to rent a car don’t even consider other companies. I recommend 100%!!!

Alles was goed geregeld. We werden opgehaald bij het hotel, eind van de dag konden we de auto daar parkeren. Deze werd weer opgehaald. Aftanken mocht maar hoefde niet. Dit werd ons inziens redelijk verrekend. Tip, iets meer uitleg over de auto.

Rewelacyjna wypożyczalnia, przy pełnym ,,insurance" pobierają tylko 200 EURO i oddają w momencie zdania auta. Bezproblemowy kontakt, miłe osoby! To chyba najlepsza wypożyczalnia z której kiedykolwiek korzystałam. Będę was polecać!

Great customer service, they picked ùs up from the hotel and picked up the car from the hotel as well. Very reasonable pricing! Would highly recommend. Fantastic after care, my son left his wallet in the car and it was found and returned to us at the hotel.

Molto bene!! Personale gentile, professionale e puntuale. Ci hanno subito accolto con il sorriso, ma con molta professionalità. Puntuali anche nello sbloccare la caparra che ti devono congelare, nel caso cui dovessero esserci dei danni. Mi era stato detto mercoledì mattina, dopo un controllo, sblocchiamo i soldi, e così è stato. Complimenti e grazie.

Zdecydowanie polecam! Wynajem auta bezproblemowy. Jasno określone zasady. Wszystko zgodnie z przekazanymi informacjami. Auta czyste, w bardzo dobrym stanie. Bardzo dobry kontakt, wszystko szybko, sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Dogodna forma zwrotu auta i oddania kluczy. Jeśli będę jeszcze kiedyś na Ibizie zdecydowanie skorzystam raz jeszcze - można znaleźć wypożyczalnie gdzie zapłacimy kilka euro taniej, ale potem są problemy a to z kaucją, a to z innymi rzeczami.

Onlangs hebben wij hier een auto gehuurd, we waren hier erg blij mee! Goed contact via de app, duidelijke afspraken over het ophalen en brengen. Geen vervelende verkoper die bij het ophalen nog van alles probeert aan te smeren en extra geld wilt. Ze hebben een video van de auto gemaakt en waar de auto staat. Zodat er achter geen welles-nietes zou zijn, ook over eventuele schade. Er was ookal getankt. Gewoon echt goed, goede service. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om hier je auto te huren op Ibiza. Eerlijke en betrouwbare mensen! Bedankt!

We have recently hired a car from Autos Portmany for 2 days. We hired a C grade car and it was perfect for exploring around the island. The staff in the office couldn’t have been more helpful and are very professional. Everything was quickly and efficiently organised, from signing the paperwork to picking up and dropping off the car, which you could drop off anytime on the last day of hire. We highly recommend hiring a car from Autos Portmany.

Sehr guter Service! Wir wurden sogar vom Hotel ins Büro zur Abholung des Autos gebracht. Günstige Preise und alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Kaution wurde sofort zurück überwiesen. Wir haben ein größeres Auto zum gleichen Preis bekommen, da wir einen Kindersitz unterbringen mussten. Gerne jederzeit wieder, danke! Very good service!

Me cobraron 125 € + IVA por un raspón minúsculo (adjunto fotografía). Ellos se amparan en que por contrato está así estipulado, pero no es para nada algo generalizado, ya que al día siguiente alquilamos otro coche en otra compañía en Formentera y disponen de una plantilla en el mostrador donde exponen las medidas de los “daños de cortesía”(adjunto foto), que lo que viene a decir es q si haces un raspón pequeño no pasa nada. Esta plantilla ya la había visto en otras ocasiones con otras compañías. Las compañías que ofrecen esta cortesía no suelen ser compañías locales. Lo que más rabia da de todo esto es que estoy seguro de que esos 150€ que me han cobrado no los han usado para arreglar el raspón. Al siguiente cliente le entregarán el coche con el raspón sin arreglar y con el gráfico donde se muestran los daños previos del vehículo. Intenté reclamar una factura de taller que justificase dicho arreglo y se me envió únicamente una factura de la propia compañía , no del taller.

Sencillamente hemos cumplido con las condiciones del seguro que usted decidió contratar libremente y que fué perfecta y claramente informado. Evidentemente despues a usted por su propio interes y beneficio le interesará cualquier otro tipo de condiciones de cualquier otra empresa que le hubiera resultado beneficioso. Le invitamos que se dirija al taller oficial del vehiculo y solicite directamente el presupuesto por los daños del vehiculo. Creo que hemos sido claros, honestos y transparentes desde el primer momento hasta el ultimo, lamentamos que usted no lo comparta. Gracias por su aportacion.

Everything was great! The team was very nice. They picked us up from the hotel to do the paperwork at the office. After that we got our car immediately and could start our trip. The car was great. We'd love to come back!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dieser Autovermietung. Der Abholservice vom Hotel war super praktisch, genauso wie die unkomplizierte Abholung des Autos bei der Rückgabe direkt am Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Insgesamt ein top Service.

Car was ordered via the hotel reception, I was picked up on the day and spent approximately 5 minutes signing forms and I was free to drive away. Highly recommend this company for car hire. Friendly staff and stress free experience. I will use Autos Portmany again when I next visit Ibiza!

Todo muy bien, recogimos y dejamos el coche en el parking del aeropuerto. El coche era nuevo y no tuvimos ningún problema. Cuando vuelva lo volveré a alquilar aquí.

No tendrás que desplazarte a ninguna oficina ni esperar a nuestro personal, tu vehículo te estará esperando en el Parking P1 (50 metros delante de la terminal de llegadas) con toda la documentación dentro. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over Auto’s Portmany. En zouden dit bedrijf aanraden. Duidelijke en goede service. Wij werden bij ons hotel Ses Savines, opgehaald en naar Auto’s Portmany gebracht, waarna een goede en duidelijke uitleg werd gegeven. Wij (2 volw) hebben een Fiat Panda gehuurd voor 2 dagen. Een prima auto om rond te rijden op het eiland. Ook op hobbelige steile weggetjes goed te doen. Wij konden tot middernacht onze auto terugbrengen naar Autos Portmany. De sleutel achterlaten in ‘postvak’ vh kantoor waarna we een foto verstuurde naar via whatsapp waar de auto geparkeerd stond. Wij kregen keurig de volgende dag een Whatsapp dat alles in orde was en dat de borg teruggestort was. Dus mocht je een auto willen huren in San Antoni, dan ben je hier op de juiste plek.

Een dag een auto gehuurd. Ik werd opgehaald bij het hotel en naar de locatie gebracht. Netjes alles verzorgd, geen verrassingen. Je kunt bij terugkeer hotel de sleutel bij de receptie achter laten. Zij halen de auto weer op. Prima service voor een normale prijs all risk.

Ich wollte kein Auto von daheim aus mieten, schon gar nicht bei einem der großen Konzerne. Viel lieber mag ich kleinere, einheimische Unternehmen unterstützen, eben jene, denen die "Großen" das Leben schwer machen. Umso passender kam es bei mir an, dass in meinem Hotel, dem Abrat in Sant Antoni, so eine heimische Firma beworben wurde. Da ich mir nicht vorstellen konnte, dass ein solches Hotel mir eine unseriöse Autovermietung empfehlen würde, ersuchte ich die Rezeption, nach informativer Beratung, um eine Vermittlung. Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich pünktlich im Hotel abgeholt um den Vertrag abzuschließen. Der Abschluss verlief sehr freundlich, kompetent und schnell und mir wurde ein sauberer, tadelloser Fiat Panda mit vollem Tank übergeben. Auch eine Mietverlängerung nach abgelaufenen drei Tagen verlief sehr unkompliziert. Ach ja, der Preis - der war, nach meinen Recherchen, absolut in Ordnung. Ich kann Mario und Pepe nur empfehlen, ich würde mich wieder an sie wenden. :) :)

Enorm vriendelijke heren. Om 9 uur xaterdag ochtend via de receptie een auto aangevraagd. Om 10 uur kon ik er al mee 'cruisen'. De auto (Fiat 500) leek zo goed als nieuw en reed heerlijk. Van Pepe een kaart meegekregen met plekken waar de locals naartoe gaan en waar lekker gedineerd kan worden of een lekker broodje gehaald kan worden. Service en communicatie TOP!! 5 sterren wat mij betreft. Volgende keer ga ik zeker weer een beroep.op ze doen. ¡Hasta Pronto!

Goede service, we worden opgehaald door het bedrijf bij ons hotel en naar het verhuurcentrum gebracht. Goede communicatie en de algemene voorwaarden hadden ze netjes in alle talen vertaald zodat je niet voor verassingen komt te staan. De auto was hartstikke nieuw en schoon. We mochten de sleutel achterlaten in het hotel zodat het verhuur bedrijf deze weer kwam ophalen de volgende dag. Je hoefde alleen maar de locatie waar je de auto had geparkeerd naar hen te sturen. De volgende ochtend kreeg ik direct een bericht dat alles correct was en ze de borg weer open hadden gezet op de creditcard! Enige nadeel, ik wilde de hoofd bestuurder zijn, en de auto afrekenen met de creditcard van mijn moeder. Dit was niet mogelijk, de gene die de creditcard heeft moet hoofd rijder zijn, of je moet €5 per dag extra betalen voor een extra rijder, met creditcard. Dus houdt daar rekening mee. Verder uitstekende service!

Véhicule très propre et très pratique. Une société très sérieuse et professionnelle. Nous avons été ravis de notre location (Fiat 500) À noter : difficile de se garer dans San Antoni, privilégier une petite voiture comme celle-là et pour les francophones, la pratique de la langue anglaise courante est un plus mais nous avons eu quelqu'un qui parle un peu français lors du rendu du véhicule.

21052025: via Hotel Abrat hier een Mini Cooper voor 1 dag gehuurd. Netjes te woord gestaan en alle papieren in orde gemaakt. Auto was redelijk schoon en de aanwezige krasjes en deukjes stonden netjes op het verhuur formulier vermeld. Noord Ibiza verkend en dan is het erg leuk om met de Mini over de binnenwegen te rijden.

Samen met mijn familie zocht ik last minute een huurauto. Bij Autos Portmany kregen we snel een goeie auto! Pepe was zeer vriendelijk en gaf een uitgebreide uitleg. We kregen eveneens advies over leuke plekjes om te bezoeken. Onze auto had enkele kleine krasjes, maar ook dit werd op voorhand goed gecommuniceerd, zodat er geen misverstanden zouden ontstaan. Prijs-kwaliteit was hier zeer goed! Zeker een aanrader wanneer je op zoek bent naar een huurauto om het eiland te verkennen!

Auto gehuurd voor 3 dagen (Fiat 500), mooie nette auto. Ze hebben aardig personeel en we zijn snel geholpen! We konden de auto zo laat terugbrengen als dat we wilden, dus dat was heel fijn. Echt genoten van onze tijd op Ibiza dankzij het gebruik van deze auto 🤗

Excellent experience! The car was in perfect condition and very comfortable. We accidentally left a phone inside the vehicle after returning the keys, which left us in a difficult situation. Thankfully, Mario and Pepe responded quickly and came to unlock the car for us, even though it was quite late. Professional, efficient, and outstanding service. I highly recommend them! The experience with Portmany rental was super! Professional rental and very helpful. The scooter was excellent, the one we had was the liberty, very comfortable because it has two luggage racks so very comfortable. no problem with the deposit refund. returned to my bank immediately. Au top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Véhicule très facile à récupérer à l’aéroport, en suivant les instructions, ça a été très rapide. On reçoit une vidéo avec les éventuels défauts du véhicule, pour éviter les mauvaises surprises. Pas de perte de temps, d’attente à un guichet etc, c’est appréciable quand on fait un court séjour! Au retour, même simplicité, en moins de 5 minutes. Et les cartes de débit sont acceptées pour la caution Rapide et efficace, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, que demander de plus ? Merci 🤩 🙏

Amazing experience from start to finish, we decided over breakfast to hire a car, went to our hotel receptionist who showed us all the options, she made a call & 10 minutes later we were being picked up to sign for & collect our car, there were no hidden or surprise charges, we left it in the hotel car park as planned for pick up, so easy & would definitely use this company again, thanks to Pepe for your brilliant service !

Great service from Autos Portmany. One day into our holiday we realised that seeing the island on public transport would be very time consuming, so we hired a car from Autos. Whole process was really straightforward and accomplished in minutes. Pepe kindly upgraded us to an Audi which was a joy to drive. Reasonable cost, friendly service, why go anywhere else?

Top service! Via hotel een auto kunnen reserveren. Op de door ons gekozen tijd werden we opgehaald bij het hotel en naar het verhuurbedrijf gereden. Alles verliep soepel en snel. Bij terugkomst konden we de auto parkeren en locatie sturen per whatsapp. Sleutel weer afleveren bij het hotel. Binnen 2 uur is de auto opgehaald en de borg weer terug gestort. Aanrader in San Antonio.

Excellente expérience sur une location de 2 jours. Voiture fiable sans aucun problème. La location auprès de Pepe, garçon très sympathique donnant toutes les explications nécessaires. Formalité très simple pour le retour de la voiture. Agence à conseiller.

Sehr nette Menschen bei der Anmietung des Roller kennengelernt, Pepe hat uns am Hotel abgeholt, die ganzen Papiere erledigt und schon konnten wir losfahren. Die Fahrzeuge sind im guten Zustand, anderes als bei vielen anderen Firmen hier vor Ort. Auch die Rückgabe war problemlos und professionell. Man hat einfach ein guten Gefühl, bei der ganzen Sache. Wir werden ein weiteres Mal ein Roller hier mieten. Klare Empfehlung

Es war perfekt organisiert. Wir wurden im Hotel von Autos Portmany abgeholt und zum Mietauto gefahren. Am Abend konnten wir das Auto beim Hotel parkieren und es wurde am Morgen von Auto Portmany abgeholt.

Waren 2 Tage mit einem Fiat 500 unterwegs, genau das richtige für 2 Personen und haben die Insel etwas erkundet. Die Autovermietung arbeitet sehr professionell und korrekt. Wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und nach der Benutzung holte Portmany das Auto wieder von unserem Hotel zurück. Super Service für faire Preise, gerne jederzeit wieder.

Hele goede een nette verhuurder op Ibiza. Goede uitleg door correct en net personeel. Twee dagen rondgereden in een Audi A1. Ondanks de voor ons te lage instap toch genoten.

We werden in de ochtend opgehaald en naar het kantoor gereden. Daar werd de papier winkel in orde gemaakt en werd ons een plattegrond overhandigd waar eventuele hotspots waren. Foto's gemaakt van de auto en rijden maar. In 2 dagen alles gezien wat we wilden zien. 'S avond bij terugkomst foto gemaakt waar de auto stond en per app verzonden naar verhuurbedrijf. Sleutels ingeleverd bij receptie van het hotel en de volgende dag werd de auto weer opgehaald. W kregen weer een app terug met de melding dat de auto was opgehaald en dat de borg weer terug is teruggegeven. Al bij al heel goed geregeld.

bardzo dobra wypożyczalnia; proste zasady wypożyczenia, samochody "świeże", Pepe pomocny i uprzejmy. Samochód zwróciliśmy w nocy, kluczyk zostawiony w umówionym miejscu. depozyt 200€ zwrócony na kartę z samego rana. zdecydowanie polecam! 😎👍‼️ very good rental company; simple rental rules, "fresh" cars, Pepe helpful and polite. We returned the car at night, the key was left at the agreed place. 200€ deposit returned to the card in the morning. I definitely recommend it! 😎👍‼️

Wij huren hier al jaren een auto tot volle tevredenheid. Je wordt bij het hotel opgehaald en na afloop van de huurperiode parkeer je de auto bij het hotel. Je levert de sleutel in bij de receptie. Goede en vriendelijke uitleg.

Afgelopen 3 dagen een hele leuke en complete Fiat 500 Cabriolet gehuurd hier. De service was geweldig, ik werd bij het hotel opgehaald en naar kantoor en de auto gebracht. Goed geregeld. Duidelijk verhaal van de medewerkers en snel de auto meegekregen. Heerlijk met de Cabriolet over Ibiza gestuurd en na afloop werd de auto zelfs opgehaald bij het hotel. Erg goed geregeld en fijne service, geen kilometer beperking en prettige medewerkers. Echt top!!!

Angenehme und freundliche Autovermietung. Alles ging absolut problemlos vonstatten. Der Pickup -Service im Hotel sowie die Möglichkeit das Fahrzeugs nach Ablauf der Mietdauer am Hotel stehen zu lassen und den Fahrzeugschlüssel einfach an der Rezeption abzugeben fand ich toll.

Super Service. Wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und der Papierkram war schnell erledigt. Das Auto war so, wie man es häufiger hier auf der Insel sieht und erlebt, leicht rampuniert aber im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Freundliches Personal, welches sich bemüht allen Wünschen nachzukommen. Der Stern Abzug kommt nur daher, weil das Auto nicht nach 67000 km sondern eher nach 167000 km aussah. Ich würd immer wieder hier ein Auto mieten, wenn ich spontan eines brauche.

Sehr toller Service. Wir wurden aus dem Hotel abgeholt und zu der Vermietung gefahren. Das Auto war wie beschrieben und auch auf dem Rückweg konnten wir den Wagen ganz unkompliziert bei unserem Hotel wieder abstellen. Sehr komfortabel und freundlich.

Wat een service! e kwamen ons ophalen bij het hotel met onze auto. Toen naar t bedrijf gereden voor ondertekening en check en uitslag van de auto. Alles ging heel snel. Auto was top! Mijn telefoon was onderweg leeggeraakt wat ik mijn betaalmodule is dus ik kon de auto niet meer aftanken. Geen probleem, dat deden ze voor me en hadden t bedrag extra van de creditcard. Sleutel konden we ‘‘s avonds laat nog inleveren in ons hotel en de volgende ochtend pikten ze zelf de auto weer op daar. Echt super geregeld!

Auto gehuurd via hotel. Werden op de afgesproken tijd opgehaald, 2 min rijden van verhuurbedrijf. All in verzekering is 20 eur, prima prijs. Mooie, schone en nieuwe fiat 500 (klasse b). Je huurt m voor een hele dag en avond. Wordt pas volgende ochtend 7u gehaald. Alles is correct en snel afgehandeld.

Der Service war sehr gut, alles lief reibungslos & zuverlässig ab. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns vom Hotel abgeholt und zu unserem Auto gefahren und uns alles sorgfältig erklärt. Wir durften unseren Schlüssel danach in unserem Hotel abgeben, dort hat er das Auto dann wieder abgeholt. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert.

Super Service. Im Hotel angefragt und reserviert, wurden wir zum Termin an der Rezeption abgeholt und zur Filiale gebracht. Formalitäten sehr unkompliziert und fair abgewickelt. Das Auto wurde am Hotel bzw vom Parkplatz wieder abgeholt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Muchas Gracias an Pepe.

Wir hatten für zwei Tage ein Auto der kleinsten Klasse zu einem sehr guten Preis gemietet aber ohne Aufpreis eine höhere Klasse erhalten (einen Opel Corsa mit weniger als 1000 km Laufleistung). Faire Tankregelung (voll/voll). Man hat uns im Hotel abgeholt und dort konnten wir auch den Wagen zur Rückgabe stehen lassen. Sehr bequem. Ich würde dort auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

I chose Autos Portmany simply because they were the cheapest. Now having used them I will certainly be using them next time we come to Ibiza. They were very thorough in noting any damage with the body work before rental which other companies haven't done previously. It has been up to you to note any damage for your proof. The other excellent feature is that they will collect the car from your hotel when the hire is finished.

Hele goede ervaring met dit bedrijf. Prima auto, vriendelijke mensen, niet duur. Voor ons gemak hoefden we de auto niet terug te brengen. Locatie doorgeven en ze halen hem zelf weer op. Als we terug komen op Ibiza huren we hier opnieuw.

Perfecte organisatie. We werden opgehaald. Bij het bedrijf zeer heldere duidelijke uitleg. We konden de auto bij het hotel neerzetten en werd door het bedrijf weer opgehaald. Hierover kregen we een app. Ook een vriendelijke prijs vergeleken andere verhuurders. Ga zo door!!!!!!

Came to pick me up at the hotel and brought me to their office. Here they gave me clear information about the hire. The car (a Fiat 500) was perfect and we had a great two days. I could park the car at the hotel and leave the key at the reception. They came to pick it up and arranged the fuel. This is the place to be if you want to hire a car!

Perfect geregeld! Goede prijs! De receptie van het hotel heeft gebeld met verhuurder, We werden een uurtje later al opgehaald. Op kantoor de papieren geregeld en konden gaan. We Kregen nog wat toeristische tips mee. Prima auto mee. We konden de auto bij het hotel achterlaten. De volgende dag bericht dat de auto in goede weer opgehaald was en de creditcard was gedeblokkeerd. Alles was snel en goed geregeld!

I've been here last year. I got for the price I payed a bad car. Took an all risk insurance for that car. I've felt the entire conversation like there are happening so many bad car accidents on Ibiza. It was very difficult to drive on a slope and in a very steep part I could barely make any progress. Anyways the car brought me everywhere. Reply to owner: So what if it was last year? Why surprised? Is there a rule that it is too late to give a review even after a few month's? That is completely nonsense. I am giving a review for what I have experienced. The sun doesn't shine always right?

Haben spontan dort angerufen. Reibungslos und ohne Probleme wurden wir vom Hotel abgeholt und zum Büro von denen gefahren. Vorort alles besprochen und unterzeichnet. Sehr seriös. Kann man wirklich vertrauen. Wir bekamen einen Fiat 500. knapp ein Jahr alt. Für 6tage 300€ Vollkasko. 200€ Kaution, die wir direkt wieder bekamen. Problem ist nur, dass man entweder in bar oder Kreditkarte zahlen kann. Keine EC!! Über Nacht ist uns dann noch jemand ins Auto gefahren. Direkt angerufen und hingefahren. Er notierte sich alles aber keine weiteren Kosten. Gott sei dank. Auto hingebracht und übergeben. Problemlos ins Hotel gefahren ☺️ Top!

Plezierig contact met de verhuurder. Alles was prima! Auto was keurig en evt beschadigingen waren bekend bij de verhuurder. Écht een aanrader voor als je een auto wilt huren in Sant Antoni.

Personnel très sympa, une personne vient vous chercher à l'hôtel pour établir le contrat à l'agence, vous pouvez ensuite soit rendre le véhicule à l'agence soit à l'hôtel. Les prix sont très corrects.

Would highly recommend Autos Portmany. They are the only car hire I use when I’m in Ibiza. Always cheapest price, excellent service and never a problem. Collection and drop off from the airport is never a problem and no need to queue up as the car is always waiting for me when I land. 10/10

Autoverleih mit einigen Abstrichen. We didn't get the car we ordered, just the same category. OK, that would have been fine. But this car was completely worn out. The tires were completely worn out and everything possible worked. Not even splash water was refilled. We relied on the many reviews. Apparently we had no luck then.

Haben dort für 3 Tage ein Mietwagen gemietet: ursprünglich sollte es ein Corsa/Fiat 500 sein (selbe Preisklasse), da aber kein Fahrzeug dieser Klasse frei war hat uns Mario für 5€ pro Tag mehr einen Mini Cooper (viel höhere Preisklasse) angeboten. Auto in einem neuwertigen Zustand, keine 10.000km runter und dann mit hoher Ausstattung! Kaution wurde nach Rückgabe sofort wieder ausgezahlt, jederzeit sehr nette, kompetente Mitarbeiter! Können diese Autovermietung nur jedem empfehlen der ein Auto auf Ibiza benötigt!

We booked this company through the Abrat Hotel. Fantastic, friendly and helpful service. Particular thanks to Mario and Pepe. They picked us up from hotel, explained everything really clearly when we got to the office (pick up car) and hand over after we’d been out during the day was brilliant …really convenient linking with the hotel again to leave car there instead of having to take it back to office. Bellissima esperienza. Abbiamo noleggiato un audio A1 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ci hanno spiegato tutto alla perfezione e ci hanno anche dato qualche consiglio sul parcheggio, essenziale per non girare a vuoto in centro.

Hallo an alle. Zu diesen Jungs kamen wir durch das Hotel Bellamar, wo wir im August 2023 übernachtet haben. Alles wurde erklärt, beraten, nicht mit unnötigen Versicherungen überladen. Die Preise sind gut, das Auto ist sauber, fast neu. Zwei Tage lang fuhren sie zum Vergnügen und ohne Probleme. Es wurde leicht ohne Beschwerden zurückgegeben. Empfehlung. Pepe und Mario Danke. NG Hello everyone. We got to these guys through the Bellamar Hotel where we stayed in August 2023. Everything was explained, advised, not overloaded with unnecessary insurance. The prices are good, the car is clean, almost new. We rode for two days in pleasure and without problems. Returned easily without complaints. We recommend it. Pepe and Mario Thank you. NG

Abbiamo noleggiato un auto tramite il nostro hotel Bellamar. Ci siamo trovati bene! Per un giorno abbiamo speso 51 + 20 di assicurazione. Tra l'altro ci è stata consegnata un auto con classe superiore a quella richiesta perché quelle della nostra classe erano terminate, e non abbiamo pagato la differenza. Bisogna lasciare una cauzione di 200 che poi viene restituita. Alla restituzione si può scegliere se fare rifornimento portando il carburante allo stato iniziale oppure lo fanno loro, e ti viene scalato dai 200 euro di cauzione. Per la restituzione del veicolo non ci sono stati problemi, l'abbiamo lasciato nel parcheggio dell'hotel. Loro molto gentili e cordiali!!

Reliable company, very easy to communicate with and rent a car from them, I highly recommend them, the entire deposit returned shortly after handing over the car, I will definitely rent from them again when I return to Ibiza

EXCELENTE SERVIÇO, carro novo em excelente estado, sem complicacoes feito seguro contra todos mas nao foi necessário intervir, se forem cautelosos e conduzir devagar nao vão ter problemas. Percorri a ilha toda e ha praias maravilhosas para todos os gostos. Vriendelijke eigenaar en gaf ons goede uitleg over welke auto's ( klein, middenklas, groot), prijzen, verzekeringen en borg. Auto voor 3 dagen gehuurd en zeer goed bevallen. Prijs- en kwaliteitsverhouding zijn zeer goed en de borg werd ook meteen na inlevering weer teruggestort op mijn rekening. Ik raad Autos Portmany aan.

Excellent from beginning to end. I reserved and paid a deposit for the car when we first booked our holiday and got a good price. I was able to fill in my licence details and also sent pictures of my passport as ID when booking, which saved time on the day. We were staying in the Arenal Hotel opposite so I was in and out and away with the car in a few minutes. We regularly hire cars on holiday and had taken out a collision damage waiver policy for the 2 days and they ring fenced 750 Euros on my credit card. Some company's take double that or more. The fuel policy is to return with the same amount as when you take the car and we were upgraded to an Audi A1 which was also very economical. The car was parked just down the road and any existing damage is clearly marked on the hand-over sheet so every part of the hire is clear and transparent. Before driving off I checked the controls but couldn't find how to fold the door mirrors out and had to walk back to the office to ask. With a big smile I was told you have to do it manually! Thanks again, a great service.

Ich kann Pepe und sein Team nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die ganze Abwicklung ist 1A! Man wird vom Hotel zur Autovermietung gebracht. Dort wird alles abgewickelt und besprochen - was auch super schnell geht. Mit dem zugewiesenen Auto bekam ich nach zwei Tagen technische Schwierigkeiten und ich bekam innerhalb weniger Minuten sofort ein neues Auto! (Sogar ein besseres und das ohne Zuschlag). Falls Rückfragen oder Probleme auftauchen, schreiben Sie einem sofort bei WhatsApp zurück. Kundenservice top! Vor allem muss man Ihre super freundliche und sympathische Art hervorloben! Immer wieder gerne! 🫶🏽🚗❤️

Very straightforward and friendly rental company. Some major advantages of this rental company: 1) I was able to pick up the car in St Antoni and drop it off at the airport. 2) The car we rented was brand new and in perfect condition. 3) We arrived in Ibiza with our two kids, so we got a friendly upgrade to a four door station wagon. Thank you very much for this! 4) Autos Portmany offers full cover insurance with no excess - something I was not seeing in a lot of other rental companies on the island. 5) Incredibly quick and friendly whatsapp exchange to organise the logistics of the rental and resolve any queries. The staff were fantastic. We were collected at our hotel and taken to the office, where we picked up the car in ten minutes! Car was perfect for us. It was very clean and modern. The staff explained all details and the price was great. I would certainly use Autos Portmany again.

Mietwagen über unser Hotel gebucht. Dort wurden wir abgeholt, zur Filiale gefahren. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Auch bei der Abgabe verlief alles reibungslos. Der Preis stimmt, das Auto war top!

Very friendly staff picked us up and took us to the local office to do the paperwork and hand over the car. We had the audi A1 which was a fantastic car and very comfy. We had no trouble and explored lots of Ibiza in the one day. We would highly recommend and have already booked a car for another day.

Helemaal top. Vrolijk en behulpzaam. We kregen een Fiat 500 cabrio omdat de gewone al verhuurd was voor dezelfde prijs. Voor €15 p/d all risk verzekerd en geen borg. Alleen €200 als garantie voor als je de sleutels kwijt zou raken, maar dat stond met het terugbrengen binnen een minuut weer op de creditcard. Ik zou nergens anders huren in Sant Antonio! De andere bedrijven zijn vrij louche.

Un ami résidant à Ibiza m'avait conseillé cette agence de location de voiture. Il a eu raison,je suis entièrement satisfaite. Ça fait plusieurs fois que je loue une voiture chez Auto Portmany et tout est parfait. On ne change pas une équipe qui gagne.

We hired a moped for 5 days at a very reasonable price. Much better than all the other companies locally. The staff were friendly and didn't add any fuss, or try to push full insurance when I said no. I dropped off the moped while the staff were out. When they returned, they refunded the deposit money within a couple of hours. Very quick, and they have not tried to deduct anything. Great service, no point looking elsewhere in San Antonio in my opinion. It's the best price and they won't try to pick you up on 'damages' that didn't occur, like some others locally are renowned for doing.

Eerst 3 dagen een Seat ibiza gehuurd, auto trok voor geen meter was een beetje afgeleefd vooral van binnen. Maar bracht ons wel waar we wezen moesten. Laatste dag een Suzuki gehuurd. Deze auto was keurig en perfect. Het personeel was zeer correct en behulpzaam. Kwamen ons ook netjes op tijd halen. Een dag was er een klein lampje kapot en werd keurig en snel verholpen.

When asked they provided us suggested places worth visiting and highlighted on a map. Very flexible and picked us up from our hotel to take us to their office. They also collected the car from nearby our hotel and we left key at hotel reception. Highly recommended. Thank you 😊 👀

We used this company to hire a car for the day in Ibiza. The man who served us was super friendly and helpful, explaining all the different options and clearly stating the prices. When we arrived to collect the car the following day, we had been upgraded to a higher class car for no extra charge and they also offered us the option of leaving the car in our hotel car park and keys at reception for them to collect in the morning to save us having to be back before their offices closed. Customer service was excellent, the car was really modern and nice to drive and the prices were really fair. I'd absolutely recommend them.

Bin immer wieder bisher voll zufrieden mit dem Service und auch mit den Autos. Vorteilhaft war immer vor allem die Möglichkeit das Auto am Flughafen direkt nach Ankunft abzuholen und am Abflugstag wieder dort parken zu können.

Sin duda la mejor oficina donde he alquilado un coche. Tanto la entrega como la devolución del vehículo fue muy rápida y sin problemas. Todo fueron facilidades. El personal muy agradable y atento. Así que sí que repetiré cuando tenga que alquilar un coche de nuevo en Ibiza.

El primer día alquilé con ellos una bicicleta ( no quedaban motos disponibles en toda la isla) y súper bien, muy amables, se pararon a mirar que la talla fuera correcta, la bici estaba en perfectas condiciones y me atendieron con mucha amabilidad. Al día siguiente volví y ya pude alquilar una moto, una vespa , muy nuevecita y cómoda. El trato es excelente, los vehículos están en buenas condiciones y el precio es muy correcto. Totalmente recomendable.

Servizio ottimo. Io e la mia amica abbiamo noleggiato una Panda per 6 giorni. Macchina praticamente nuova, pulita e con bluetooth. Per noi è stata più che sufficiente e ci ha accompagnato per tutta la nostra bellissima vacanza.

Un sitio genial. Todas las facilidades, todos los precios claros, total transparencia. Veo que la mayoría de problemas que ha tenido la gente es porque en lugar de la política de combustible lleno-lleno, tienen la política de que lo devuelvas al mismo nivel que lo coges. Simplemente hay que recordar esto, no es tan difícil (aunque es verdad que la política lleno-lleno es más cómoda). Otro asunto a tener en cuenta es que los alquileres no son de 24 horas, a nosotros nos pidieron devolver el vehículo antes de las 9.30 de la mañana del día siguiente. Supongo que eso se puede hablar con ellos en caso de que no te venga bien.

Au top! Personnel aimable et serviable. Location très rapide et très simple via notre hôtel à Cala Vadella (ils nous l'ont amenée sur place). Siège bébé (2 ans) seulement de 4€ par jour, réhausseur gratuit. Voiture (seat ibiza) en bon état. Je précise pour l'essence suite aux commentaires précédents qu'ils expliquent bien qu'il faut rendre au même niveau que ce qu'on a reçu. Les 150€ de caution ont été rendus seulement 2 jours après avoir laissé la voiture devant l'hôtel (comme convenu). Pas besoin de faire le ménage. De plus, je précise que nos enfants avaient quand même bien salis la voiture entre le sable, la terre etc. et qu'ils n'ont même pas retenus de caution! Enfin, pas d'histoire compliquée carte de crédit/débit, on avait une débit et pas de soucis! Bien sûr, ils vendent une assurance pour la franchise mais sans insister lourdement. Si on retourne à Ibiza, on louera les yeux fermés chez eux!

Agence et personnel sérieux, malgré quelques petits problèmes de portière, non vérifiés lors de la prise en charge du véhicule. Non arrangeant si retour du véhicule avec le plein ! Bonne technique pour faire une marge et avec le sourire...

Bonjour Sophia, Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour votre désaccord sur l'essence. Le carburant, comme expliqué, doit être rendu avec la même essence que celle livrée. Si, en raison de la politique de l'entreprise, vous le retournez avec plus d'essence, nous ne pouvons pas vous rembourser cet argent. Wir wurden zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit mit einem Auto von unserem Hotel abgeholt und anschließend zu Autos Portmany gebracht. Dort wurden die Vertragsmodalitäten schnell und einfach erklärt. Das Auto (Opel Corsa) war insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Egal welche Versicherungspolizen gewählt wird: Man muss hier vorab 150€ Kaution bezahlen, die man danach wieder zurück auf die Kreditkarte überwiesen bekommt oder bar ausgezahlt kriegt. Wir konnten das Auto am Ende einfach vor unserem Hotel abstellen. Von dort aus wurde es vom Hotel durch Autos Portmany abgeholt. Die Rückerstattung der Kaution verlief anschließend problemlos.

Very bad service. First we were wrongly informed about the gas and left behind with a empty fuel. Second they were not able to pay us the refund, when we had supplied the car with a full tank. In response of our kindly request they ignored the message like nothing happend. We do not recommend this company.

Regarding gasoline, when we rented the vehicle you were correctly informed about the fuel and how it should be returned, as we do with all our customers. We were in contact with you by whatssap at all times, it's more we advised that you don't put more than 12 or 15 euros of gasoline to spend during the day. Agence très sérieuse, excellent accueil, voiture en très bon état.Personnel très arrangeant, nous avons pu laisser la voiture à Ibiza le dernier jour. Grande simplicité pour les formalités, pas de mauvaises surprises côté assurances Très appréciable, retour de la caution essence, 2jours seulement après avoir rendu la voiture! Tout était PARFAIT! Le pongo una estrella porque no le puedo poner 0, cogi el coche con 3 rallas de gasolina , aun no habia llego a la esquina ya estaba en 2 al devolverlo en el aeropuerto y a la espera de que me devuelvan los 150€ de fianza me dicen que se cobran 15€ para la gasolina , por haber dejado el deposito en 2 rallas de combustible , abusivo no lo siguiente 15? Si yo me gaste 20€ de gasolina en 4 dias y me movia todo el dia con coche a todos los sitios, por mi parte me he sentido estafado en ese aspecto es mas , palabras textuales de la chica que nos atendio que el deposito lo dejaramos mas o menos como estaba , MAS O MENOS en ningun momento me dijo que tenia que estar exactamente igual, si no que cambien a la dependienta de alli y que explique mejor las cosas , no os dejeis estafar recomiendo que mireis otras empresas que alli esta llenisimo y esta deja mucho que desear . Hola Cristian, esta empresa familiar lleva muchos años en este sector en Ibiza y es la primera vez que nos llaman estafadores. En todo momento estuvimos en contacto con usted por Whatsapp, es más, le enviamos una foto con el Ticket de devolución de 135€ (150€ fianza - 15€ gasolina) avisando en todo momento el porque del cobro. Sentimos su malestar pero el vehículo se le entrego con 4/8 (medio deposito), en el aeropuerto se recogió con 2/8 (1/4). En ningún momento se nos informo de que el nivel de combustible no fuese el que se indicaba en el contrato de alquiler y ficha del vehículo. Ni al poco rato de salir de la oficina ni en la conversación de Whatsapp anterior al dejar el coche en el aeropuerto. Con una simple llamada o Whatsapp, sms, .. comunicándolo nos hubiera valido. El importe que se le cobra por 1/4 de combustible es de 8€ + 7€ por repostaje, un total de 15€. Un saludo, Autos Portmany

El personal muy atento y amable. Fueron a recogernos al puerto y nos llevaron a la oficina de alquiler y lo mismo a la vuelta para poder ir al puerto cómodamente. Importante: No cobran suplementos por las sillas para niños! Todo son facilidades!
