Unos Impresentables. Nada recomendables. El mes pasado estuve interesado en un precioso Alfa Spider rojo que a día de hoy sigue aún a la venta. Tras interesarme por el coche y varias conversaciones y envío de fotos, finalmente pregunté un jueves al "jefe" (Mr. W) que al no vivir yo en mallorca y tener que tomar un avión desde la península, si me podrían atender el sábado para verlo y probarlo, a lo que me respondió de forma afirmativa. Ya el viernes Mr. W. me pide si puedo posponer el viaje, porque quieren cerrar el sábado, pero al tener el vuelo y el hotel ya comprado le digo que no, por lo que me dice que enviarán a alguien a atenderme. Cuando el sábado me presento a la hora que habíamos quedado, me toca esperar porque la persona, Sr. Cl. no está allí (pese a haberle confirmado mi llegada con tiempo). Cuando finalmente aparece, con bastante desgana me enseña el coche, que no está tan bien como parecía en fotos y me decían: Además de tener una suspensión no de serie (y posiblemente no homologada) que no me habían advertido, veo un interior lleno de defectos y sobre todo tiene ruidos raros en la dirección al girar las ruedas hasta el final y fallo del ABS al arrancar. Me dicen, entre otras lindezas, que es normal en los Alfa Romeo... (al Sr.Cl, simplemente decirle que aunque me hiciese el tonto, éste hubiera sido mi tercer Alfa Romeo, por lo que sé perfectamente lo que es o no normal al arrancar un Alfa... de hecho le podría haber dicho hasta qué era lo que probablemente estaba fallando). Pero la gota que colmó ya el vaso es que no me dejó probar el coche porque el jefe ¨no se lo había dicho". Más bien no tenía ganas de perder más tiempo de su mañana o apartar los coches de la exposición para poder sacarlo. Intento contactar con Mr W. para explicarle la situación in situ, pero no me coge el teléfono. Finalmente por la tarde me contesta al whatsapp que le envié explicándole lo sucedido y mi descontento, pero que pese a todo seguía interesado y que quería probarlo, a lo que me responde que viene solo si me comprometo a comprarlo tras probarlo. ¿Chantaje? Visto lo visto no estoy dispuesto a adquirirlo sin que un mecánico lo revisase, por lo dice que no viene y me quedo sin probar el coche pese a haberlo pedido el jueves. En definitiva. Fin de semana perdido, junto con el dinero del hotel y el viaje. Solo espero que traten con mayor seriedad al resto de clientes y que hayan reparado ya el coche para quien se lo vaya a quedar (aunque como me dijo, para eso luego estaba la garantía). Una pena, porque iba con la intención de comprarlo, pese a estar subido de precio y las cosas que tenía para reparar.

Initially very good service by salesman James. None of the cars at the time pleased me. I was looking for an SUV type car. Asked James for some maintenance info on a car. He didn't have the info, said he'd get back to me. He didn't. Reached out again and asked him to keep me in the loop when they had a new SUV type car coming in... He didn't again. (Saw he had a few new cars on the website). Probably thought i was wasting his time or had no purchasing power. Ended up buying a Porsche Macan GTS somewhere else.

I had a nice little Ford Fiesta which they bought off me when I no longer needed it. Wayne and the team couldn't have made it any easier. All of the paperwork was done by them (so I didn't have to navigate the Byzantine Spanish system). They paid me promptly and kindly gave me a lift to the airport. A pleasure to deal with.

Son unos impresentables, he dejado el coche para vender el coche, lo vendieron sin decirme nada, me entere cuando me llegaron 2 multas fue a buscar el coche y resulta que el coche se ha vendido hace más de 2 meses, nada recomendable. Son unos sin vergüenzas.

Wir haben im Frühling bei Calvia Cars einen Hyundai I 20 gekauft und waren mit der gesamten Abwicklung sehr zufrieden. Bei anschließenden kleineren Problemen wurden wir immer sehr freundlich bedient und es wurden zufriedenstellende Lösungen gefunden. Also ein rundum perfekter Service. Ich habe das Auto nach 2 Jahren wieder an Calvia Car verkauft und ich war wieder super zufrieden. Das Angebot war sehr fair und wieder waren alle sehr, sehr freundlich. Also eine absolute Empfehlung für Kauf und Verkauf.

En reparation af automatgearet blev udført på garantien og da reservedelen var ramt af den globale Supply Chain krise, blev bilen ikke klar til vi skulle hjem. Diesen Autohändler kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, weil die gesamte Kommunikation und Abwicklung transparent und seriös war. Am 20 Dezember 2021 habe ich die Autoaustellung in Son Bugadelles besucht und war direkt positiv überrascht, tolle junge Gebrauchte zum fairen Preis. Mein Favorit war ein Range Rover Evoque im Topzustand. Dazu würde mein altes Fahrzeug gut angerechnet sodass wir schnell handelseinig wurden. Buenos dias, quiero compartir mi experiencia con todos ustedes, este pasado Octubre 2020 compre un coche BMW X1 en Calvia Cars situado en Palma de Mallorca, yo resido en Barcelona pero por motivos laborales trabajo a tiempo parcial en las Islas Baleares, el coche lo encontré por la web de Calvia Cars y como tengo compañeros en Palma de Mallorca me hicieron el favor de ir a mirar el coche, todo lo que ponía en el anuncio se cumplió, así que me decidí sin ver el coche por comprarlo por los comentarios que me hicieron mis compañeros, me desplace un sábado por la mañana con mi mujer a Palma de Mallorca en avión y por la tarde ya estaba de vuelta en barco en Barcelona con el coche, hasta aquí todo perfecto, a mediados de Enero 2021 el coche comenzó a perder aceite por la junta de balancines o válvulas así que me puse en contacto con el sr.Mariano Lacoste que fue mi vendedor y puse en su conocimiento lo que sucedía, el coche lo compré con 1 año de garantía total excepto piezas de desgaste, inmediatamente el sr.Mariano Lacoste se puso en contacto con el dueño de Calvia Cars sr.Wayne Gill para darle 1 solución al respecto, lo primero que me comentaron es que no me preocupara por nada y que llevara el coche a mi taller de confianza en Barcelona para realizar el presupuesto de reparacion, les pase el presupuesto de reparaciones a estos 2 señores e inmediatamente le realizaron el pago del presupuesto a mi taller de confianza para realizar la reparación inmediatamente, quiero destacar la seriedad y compromiso de Calvia Cars con la venta de coches de segunda mano y agradecer a los señores Mariano Lacoste y Wayne Gill todo el trato recibido en todo momento, sin dudas aconsejo por mi experiencia a Calvia Cars, Saludos

We have bought three cars now from Calvia cars on the Son Bugadelles industrial estate near Santa Ponsa. They always seem to be busy, but that is probably because they do things properly, which is very rare here on Mallorca (or even in Spain). It is often only after you have bought a car that you find out how good the dealer really is. I had a minor problem (speedo not working) and they offered me the option to swap the car if I wanted, rather than leaving me waiting for parts/repair ! You get a 12 month guarantee on all of their cars. They really want you to be happy, and they value their own reputation highly. I also could not find the same car anywhere on the island for the same money. In my experience, it is the only place to buy a car on Mallorca. Friendly, efficient and honest. Top marks.
