Vorsicht! Unseriöser Vermieter ⚠️ „24/7 geöffnet“ ist eine Lüge! Wir mussten stundenlang warten, bis wir das Fahrzeug endlich zurückgeben konnten, weil keiner erreichbar war, obwohl wir beim Mieten mitgeteilt hatten, wann wir ankommen werden. Der Besitzer war uns gegenüber aggressiv und unzuverlässig. Die Kaution wurde teilweise einbehalten, trotz einwandfreiem Fahrzeugzustand. Selbst die Nachbarn warnten uns im Nachhinein und sagten es gäbe hier öfter Stress. Nehmt lieber den Weg auf euch und geht zu einer seriösen Vermietung in der nächsten Stadt.

добрый день , очень странно почему вы это в публичном поле! но для нашей аудитории мы объясним эту ситуацию: к нам обратились три девушки по поводу аренды авто - на тот момент у нас было авто с ценой выше 110 евро за сутки,но бюджет девушек был 60 евро - мы предложили наше аукционное предложение «сделать фото с нашим плакатом на фото авто и получить скидку» после чего мы предложили скидку в размере 50 евро. по завершения аренды клиенты должны предоставить фото ( в случае если фото не предоставляется скидка аннулируется). девушки взяли авто на сутки с 9 утра до 9 утра. в этот же день в 23-00 на наши телефоны поступил звонк от службы безопасности о том что на нашу площадку произошло незаконное проникновение и нам рекомендовано вызвать полицию! проверив камеры видео наблюдения мы обнаружили как данные Клиенты взломав ограждение заехали на территорию нашего офиса и находились там. подняв по тревоге весь штат компании было обнаружено что данным клиентам срочно захотелось вернуть машину и потребовать возврат залоговой суммы! данные девушки совершили более 48 звонков и более 50 сообщений с требованиями в срочном порядке принять автомобиль и вернуть залоговую сумму. мы в срочном порядке прибыли в офис и приняли авто,но Клинты требовали возврат депозита мы им сообщили что возврат депозита будет осуществлен в рабочее время, но данные девушки скорее всего были по наркотическими веществами, они окружили нашего сотрудника требовали от него залоговую сумму и угрожали расправой . это отвратительное поведение вынудило нас занести клиента в черный список. из депозита 300 евро было удержана скидка 50 евро и 50 евро мойка авто ( потому что фото не были предоставлены) и автомобиль был в очень грязном состоянии и 200 евро мы осуществили им возврат. после чего они неоднократно угрожали нам судебными расправами. рекомендуем вам быть порядочными и ответственными пользователями чужого имущества. всего хорошего.

Zukünftig lieber wieder online buchen bei bekannten Anbietern. Wir haben uns auf die guten Google Bewertungen verlassen und auch der erste Eindruck vor Ort war okay. Es wird damit geworben, dass das Auto 24/7 zurückgegeben werden kann was uns auch vor Ort nach mehrmaliger Rücksprache versichert wurde. Die Kaution wurde bis heute teilweise einbehalten obwohl er schriftlich bestätigt hat dass das Auto in ordnungsgemäßem Zustand zurückgegeben wurde. „Rabatt gegen ein Instagram Foto“ wurde als Grund gewertet um die Kaution teilweise einzubehalten.

Bedrijf komt afspraken niet na, laat je 40 minuten door de regen lopen voor niks. Zou niemand aanbevelen hier iets te huren In navolging van de reactie hier onder ; U maakt met ons een afspraak waarin u niet aangeeft dat wij online dienen te reserveren. U geeft aan dat wij langs U kantoor dienen te komen. Ons ophalen of een auto langsbrengen is niet mogelijk. Na 40 minuten door de regen te hebben gelopen om bij u een auto op te halen blijkt u niet aanwezig op locatie. Dit geeft ons de indruk dat u; 1 een incompetent persoon bent en 2 hier op google de indruk probeert te wekken dat u niet weet waar het over gaat terwijl dit wel degelijk het geval is. Spijtig dat dit de manier is waarop u met klanten om gaat

Slechte ervaring. Je whatsappt met D&D voor het huren van een auto. Er wordt gezegd: kom maar naar kantoor er zijn genoeg auto's beschikbaar. Eenmaal aangekomen na een half uur lopen door de regen, kantoor gesloten. Niet bereikbaar. Maar even gewacht om terug gebeld te worden dat we maar even een uurtje moeten wachten in de stromende regen want ze zijn een auto aan het afleveren. Nou die optie hadden ze naast de leugen via whatsapp wel ook mogen opgeven!!

You consulted in our chat and you were offered to booking car on our website. You did not confirm the booking and just come to office and at that moment there were no more cars available. Fantastic help from Dimitri and Ana. Excellent car park, and easy to find in Cambrils. I rented a Citroën C3 everything was ready as promised, but be especially very satisfied with the service and conditions provided. No push for extra insurancesbut everything as booked; worry free, favourable full-to-full fuel principle. Definite I will come back when being in Cambrils.

Very good car rental Company. Great Team. We had a wonderful experience with D&D Cars Group. My daughter was on vacation in Cambrils and I wanted to give her a little surprise to make her a great holiday. The idea was to rent a car and send it to the Hotel she living in. My daughter didn't know about this idea. I searched for good car rental an found D&D. I wasn't sure if it will work, when I book it via the portal. So I decided to call them directly. My great luck was that I had Anna on the phone. I told her about my idea, to surprise my daugher. Anna loved the story and was immediately keen to make it happen. We were clearifying all things and document by phone and whatsapp. The next morning Anna managed, that she and a team member were bringing the car directly the hotel and and handed it over to my daugheter. The surprise was a complete success!! Everything worked perfectly. The car was in perfect condition, everybody was super nice and my daughter was happy!!! Many thanks again to Anna and Team for making the surprise happening! Thanks and Greatings from Michael

Nos recibieron justo en el aeropuerto, nos explicaron todo lo que queríamos saber, miramos el coche, subimos y nos fuimos, devolvimos el coche en el mismo sitio donde lo cogimos, no hubo preguntas al devolver el coche.

Wij zijn heel goed geholpen door Guillermo. Reageren heel snel. Altijd bereikbaar als er wat is. Soepel en flexibel. En een superleuke auto. Echt een aanrader voor het huren van een auto in de omgeving van Cambrils.

Compramos nuestro coche allí y recibimos ayuda muy profesional. Excelente servicio, incluso cuando hubo algún pequeño problema con el auto después. Esto lo solucionaron en su propio taller.

Alquilé 2 días, Buena atención, buen precio. Coche limpio y buenas condiciones, lo aconsejo y particularmente si necesito de nuevo acudiré a ellos.

Aluguei o carro para ir para Barcelona, vale muito mais à pena do que pegar um táxi para ir para lá, a loja fica à 5 min à pé do Cambrils Park Resort e fui muito bem atendido pelo Guilhermo e pelo Dimitri, que até aguardou fora do horário pra receber o carro! Recomendo a todos!!
