Bought 2 cars here, Sales staff are very attentive before purchase of a vehicle. But the aftersales service isn't as great. Had to wait longer than expected for delivery of a vehicle and the communication was poor.

was promised a free service when we brought the car the service was a oil change checked the water level and screen wash and that is what you get . the oil filter was not changed once bitten twice shy never again ised a free service when we brought a car from them all we got was a oil change not filter changed and a check on the water and screen wash water , got a phone call from gomez moters and was told it was ford policey not to change the oil filter some of these things think we have come up the thames on a banana skin, phoned me up and told me it was fords policey , whe i phoned fords at dunton in essex was told no way iol change means iol and filter

Diabolical company. Sold us a vehicle that was unroadworthy after assuring us that everything would be checked and fixed. Faulty brakes, no antifreeze, leaking windscreen washer bottle , air conditioning not working,, defective rear axle . I wouldn't buy a grommet from this company ! The workshop didn't even know what the minimum thickness of a brake disc should be!!!
