I have used this rental service twice. The first time was a very good experience. Unfortunately, the second time was disappointing. The representative, Carolina, arrived late despite my request for punctuality, and her attitude was rather unfriendly. I hope the company will ensure better customer service in the future, as my first experience showed that they can do much better.

The young man who operates the desk as La Salinas is excellent and a credit to his employer. Would highly recommend!!

Wir haben hier kürzlich für eine Woche aus Deutschland per Email einen Wagen gemietet. Obwohl der Anbieter keine Buchungswebsite hat, und man die Buchung einfach per Email macht, lagen die fertig ausgefüllten Mietunterlagen bereits auf dem Schreibtisch, als ich am Anmiettag das Büro betrat. Hier läuft es sehr gut organisiert. Wartezeit null. Keine blöde Versicherungsverkaufe, sondern ganz solide Arbeit wird hier geleistet. Nach 5 Minuten saß ich im Auto. Die Abgabe genauso problemlos 1 Minute und fertig. Dieses ist die allerbeste Autovermietung ...(von mindestens 50 Automietungen) die ich jemals erlebt habe. Absolute Top-Empfehlung! Sehr gute Kundenorientierung.

We have been using this efficient company over the last 20 years and we highly recommend them.👍 Pricing is good and there is a variety of cars to choose from. Best Choice go the extra mile for their customers. One time when we arrived back home from our holiday in FUE, the management contacted us to say that we had left our house keys on the hired car keyring. They kindly kept our keys safe until we returned 3 months later. This is a company you can trust.

We specifically asked for an automatic when we ordered the hire car. My wife has back issues and I have a shoulder injury. On collection the car was manual. Staff member was immediately on the defensive and denied the previous conversation, so it was pretty much fait à complis - take what we were given, pay more for a higher class of vehicle or cancel it. Reluctantly took the car but it was pretty uncomfortable, particularly as they drive on the right. Staff member did not record ANY damage to the car, or the mileage, so I took my own photos, in case we are charged for damage. Not very impressed with the service.

Alquilé un coche con esta empresa y no podría estar más satisfecha. El proceso de reserva fue muy sencillo, el personal muy amable y profesional, y el coche estaba en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda, volveré a alquilar con ellos en el futuro.

Hired a convertible VW T-Roc for 2 days. Car was excellent but the lady who hired us the vehicle was rude and tried to rip us off on return. Hired the car with 1/2 tank of fuel but she tried to claim it was 3/4 on return (even though paperwork stated 1/2 tank) - wanted an extra €50. We went to the petrol station and returned it on 3/4 for only €10. She was still adamant this wasn’t enough. She then claimed the convertible top was broken and wouldn’t close - but this was because she didn’t close the boot properly when inspecting the car for damage on return. Nasty tactic to con holiday makers out of more money. I put a freeze on my credit card immediately before she tried to take any further money off us. This sullied what was a great couple of days! I’d advise to book a vehicle in advance from a more reputable company than this one!!

AVOID THIS PLACE. The car they rented to us had dangerously worn brakes. After just a day of driving, the brakes started to deteriorate rapidly, and eventually, we got a dashboard warning indicating worn brakes. They were also squealing—a clear sign the brake pads were completely worn down. When we returned the car the next day, they immediately accused us of driving off-road and claimed that was why the brakes were in poor condition. After some back-and-forth, the owner finally admitted the brakes were faulty and provided us with a different vehicle. Again, avoid this place at all cost.

I have been trying to book a rental car with this company from Eurostars Las salinas and after 3 days now given up even though the sign on the desk says back in 5 minutes a joke, now booked with another company

Experiencia lamentable! Me acercaron el coche al hotel y lo dejaron aparcado en el parking. Cuando fui a cogerlo, pisabas el embrague y no entraba la primera marcha. Llame para decirles lo q me ocurría y una señora de muy malas maneras me dijo q no sabía conducir. Me lo repitió a gritos , varias veces. Llevo 34 años con el carnet. Les pedí un cambio de coche y me lo denegaron. Una vergüenza. La señora q me atendió por teléfono es una mal educada, trato nefasto Experiencia para olvidar y trato pésimo. En mi vida me ocurrió algo igual.

Desde logo julgaram-nos pela aparência pensando que não tínhamos idade para conduzir, e nem tiveram a decência de nos perguntar a idade ou pedir algum documento que o comprovasse. Fizeram-nos voltar noutro dia bem cedo, para nos voltarem a dizer que não nos dariam um carro. Não gostei do serviço e não aconselho. Seria mais fácil se pedissem algum comprovativo ou questionassem a idade, ao invés de brincarem connosco. Podemos parecer novos mas não somos. Não existiu profissionalismo. Aconselho a irem ao Autos Victor, desde logo muito atenciosos, acharam-nos novos para conduzir, mas questionaram e pediram a documentação e verificaram que tínhamos idade. Como deveria ter sido feito no Best Choice.

Hemos alquilado un coche para 3 días en esta agencia a través del hotel y todo correcto. El coche estaba bien y prácticamente nuevo. Quizás las ruedas delanteras un poco desgastadas. El chico del alquiler nos dijo que nos iba a mirar el tema de las tarifas ya que no se correspondían a las que aparecen en la web. Dejamos el coche el domingo por la noche y no hemos tenido noticias al respecto.

Cogí un VW Taigo por un buen precio. Coche bastante nuevo con algún roce de gente que no sabe conducir. Además se portaron de maravilla. Tuvimos que volver anticipadamente por la muerte de un familiar y no nos pusieron el menor problema. Ojalá algún día vuelva a la isla y pueda coger allí un coche y disfrutarlo todos los días...

We, a group of six, hired an excellent Mercedes Vito Tourer. We needed an automatic and this was one of the few companies who could accommodate us. The car was spotless and it was such a great experience to head off around the island see the sights and visit the amazing sand dunes in the north east. We'll be back again!

Hired a Kia for 2 days and travelled all over Forteventura from one end to the other and in and out of places in land and all it cost was €33.00 for petrol. Car was like new with air con and a phone charging port which acted as a sat nav. Highly Recommend this company and have passed on directions to residents i Chatur Hotel guests 5*****

I see there are mixed reviews on here, so I thought I’d leave a review with our experience - we took photos before and after visiting (a habit we always do from previous experiences)! This company full insures you as long as you don’t go off road! Great piece of mind, good prices & we received fantastic service, thank you! Honestly we have used some rubbish car hire companies in the past that try had tactics to sell you extra insurance and upgrades, this one for us was a real pleasure, friendly & helpful!

Für kleines Geld ein wirklich praktisches, zuverlässiges Auto, alles total unkompliziert. Würde ich sofort wieder machen und auch jedem weiterempfehlen. Wirklich super👌🏻

Lasst bloß die Hände davon! Ja, die Preise sind super. Wir haben 85€ für 3 Tage mit einem Fiat Panda bezahlt, günstiger geht kaum. Aber: Man muss seine Kreditkartendaten hinterlegen, verständlich. Auf dem Hotelparkplatz ist uns beim Ausparken dann jemand in das geparkte Auto gefahren. Die Autovermietung will, dass wir das bezahlen, was natürlich völliger Schwachsinn ist, da das vom Verursacher oder seiner Versicherung bezahlt werden müsste. Ist den Menschen von BestChoice aber egal, sie haben nach einem Gespräch, in welchem ich deutlich gemacht habe, dass wir das nicht bezahlen, einfach meine Kreditkarte mit 300€ belastet. Also erspart euch den Ärger, macht nicht unseren Fehler und bucht bei einer seriöseren Autovermietung! :) Zusatz/Edit: In der Antwort auf diese Rezension wird behauptet, wir hätten gegen Verkehrsregeln verstoßen, was gelogen ist. Wir haben Fotos vom Unfallort, es gab keine Parkeinschränkungen. Angeblich war sogar die Polizei da, wenn wir falsch geparkt hätten, hätten wir ja sicher ein Ticket bekommen. Lasst euch also bitte nicht belügen und veralbern!

Erster Eindruck okay, aber auf den zweiten Blick Halsabschneider. Im Nachhinein Geld ohne Grund abgebucht und mieser Service. Selbst vor Ort ist eine vernünftige Klärung unmöglich, da man die Verantwortung für Probleme auf die Mieter überträgt. Bloß die Finger weg von dieser Autovermietung!!! Die Mitarbeiter lügen, bei den Antworten der Rezensionen!

Avoid , we rented the car for 2 days hubby noticed there was a scrape on the passenger side but was when we got out to see the sand dunes about an hr after drivin it obvs was not us so he took a photo of it but was told it was not there when returned and was charged €200 avoid avoid avoid !!!!!

AVOID THE CON! I have just finished renting a car for 1 day from them. They were the cheapest I found, and now know why - because they make money from you elsewhere! With the weather being rainy on my day or renting the car was returned dirty, this was a cause for them to accuse me of taking the vehicle off-road and subsequently charged me €200. Even though there was no damage to the vehicle or anything, (and that there is full insurance on the vehicle) they use the technicalities of the agreement and their best guess to swindle you. Highly recommend you avoid! Makes no sense to me that you’re insured for a crash but not dirt on the side of a car that you can’t help…costs you €200!

Have rented cars all over the world, this was the most hassle free and value for money rental ever. This is not to mean do not be careful, its a foreign country with different standards, take lots of photos with your phone of all scrapes, point them out before you leave as they aren't noted on the rental document. Fuel policy is full to full. Will now always use this company when in Spain. UK drivers especially note, insurance is full, not your half baked half and half. Thoroughly recommend, and as a general piece of driving advice for Brits, the Spanish are the most arrogant and unobservant drivers in the World, watch roundabouts especially. Safe driving!!!

El precio está bastante bien. Alquilamos un Panda. El coche estaba bien limpio. La mujer que nos atendió nos explico la política de combustible, coges el coche con el depósito lleno y lo devuelves lleno. También nos dejó bien claro que de caminos de tierra nada de nada. Pues con eso tuvimos un "problemilla" al devolver el coche. Nos acusó de haber estado circulando por caminos y se puso bastante malhumorada "a mi me vais a decir que no habéis circulado por caminos..." Pues no señora, ni un sólo camino. Le explicamos que la suciedad que tenía el coche la cogió el día anterior a la entrega porque fuimos a La Pared y, a la entrada del pueblo, estaban en obras. Salían camiones y, para que no se hiciera polvo, regaban la zona. Ahí es donde se manchó el coche. Pues ella dale con que "a mi me vais a decir..." Pués si señora, ni un camino. Es más, hemos dejado de ir a muchos sitios por si acaso, porque no le pasara nada al coche. Al final no pasó nada, no nos ha cobrado ningún suplemento. Pero el mal rato que nos hizo pasar... Volveremos a Fuerteventura pero ya sabemos dónde no alquilar él coche.

Même pas cette délicatesse Manque de professionnalisme mais c'est un moyen détourne de vous avoir La prochaine fois, je payerai plus cher dans une compagnie comme Hertz ou Avis, mais au moins j'aurais eu de bons conseils,, n'aurais pas eu de problème et j'aurai eu une voiture adaptée.

Attention, voleurs ! Cette société nous avait été conseillée par l'Hôtel Eurostar Las Salinas. La personne était charmante au début. Mais son terminal bancaire était en panne (nous aurions dû avoir un doute à ce moment). Elle a donc pris notre numéro de carte pour effectuer le paiement de son bureau. Lors de la récupération, elle n'a pas aimé que je prenne en photo la voiture sous tous les angles. Inutile selon elle (nous aurions dû vraiment douter à ce moment). Quand nous avons rendu la voiture, assez poussiéreuse (que voulez vous, dans un désert...) nous avons reçu un appel très menaçant, nous disant que nous n'avions pas le droit d'aller sur les pistes (la plupart des plages et certains villages ne sont accessibles que par des pistes de quelques centaines de mètres et les parkings tous en terre battue) et que nous n'avions qu'à lire notre contrat. On m'a raccroché au nez et débité dans la seconde qui suivait 200€! J'ai réussi à voir la personne qui m'a affirmé en me regardant droit dans les yeux qu'elle m'avait prévenu (ce qui était faux). J'ai donc fait opposition sur ma carte et demandé un remboursement à ma banque. Pour ceux qui ne le savent pas, lors d'un paiement frauduleux, le délais de contestation en Europe est de 13 mois. La prochaine fois, je payerai plus cher dans une compagnie comme Hertz ou Avis, mais au moins je n'aurais pas de problème et j'aurai une voiture récente.

La dueña nos llamó amenazando después de entregar el coche porque tenía algo de polvo queriéndonos cobrar 500 euros por haber entrado en caminos sin poder demostrarlo, ya que cuando lo entregamos estaba todo perfecto. Nada que ver con los precios que tienen en la web, los precios están casi al doble de precio, por lo que me parece engañoso. Poca oferta de coches. Muy descontenta.

Genial de precio! Nada q ver con el resto de compañías. Fuimos en pareja y escogimos un Renault Clío, no tenía mucha potencia, pero tampoco es que en la isla haya autopistas. Nos atendió Alberto, fue muy amable y nos aconsejo muy bien de las zonas por donde podíamos ir. Es una empresa familiar, de la zona. Alquilen allí su coche, no se arrepentirán.

I have had a very bad experience with Autos Ramirez. Talking about customer service I've never felt welcome by them: never a smile, never a nice word...very unpleasant dealing with them.We were supposed to get the deposit of 300 euro the last morning and they checked the car which was dirty outside (in Fuerteventura it's very dusty and it rained a couple of times). They claimed that the car was broken and that I drove many kilometres off road. This is absurd as the car was perfectly working,just dirty, and not been off road. I offered to clean it,but they just kept the money and not allowed us to use the car the last day. NOT RECOMMENDED at all

HANDS OFF! The car rental attracts customers with favourable prices but the car might be more expensive afterwards. The car rental claimed an additional fee of 300€ because of sand on the tires and in the wheelhouses. If you cant resist those apparent good conditions, at least do not use your credit card and in case of dispute demand a complaint sheet. This standard formular will not be handed over voluntarily but only after a long discussion. FINGER WEG! Die Vermietung lockt mit günstigen Konditionen jedoch wird das Auto hinterher teurer als gedacht. Von mir wurden bei Abgabe des Autos 300€ gefordert, weil die Reifen und Radkästen von innen verschmutzt waren. Wer den scheinbar günstigen Konditionen nicht widerstehen kann sollte bloß nicht mit Kreditkarte zahlen und im Streitfall einen Reklamationsbogen von der Vermietung fordern. Dieses Standardformular wird allerdings nicht freiwillig, sondern erst nach langer Diskussion ausgehändigt. iAtencion! iAdicional honorarios!

Wszystko super, auto było czyste prosto z myjni. Miła obsługa, wszystko wytłumaczy(po angielsku oczywiście lub hiszpańsku). Samochód (beattle cabrio) rewelacja ale mógł by być TSI. Jazda bez dachu cały dzień super sprawa ale pamiętajcie o kremie z filtrem, ja się nieźle opaliłem :D

Be careful during watching a car before renting. During inspection with nice small talk I did not notice a damage in front of the bumper .I made a huge mistake not to be as concentrated as i should. I just warn you to be very careful during watching car because it seems to be a way to earn extra money for them.
