I went on this excursion with my daughter. It was explained that it would not be a guarentee that we would see any dolphins at this time as this is the nature of wildlife. It was a pleasent trip and the staff were very friendly and did make sure that all the passengers were safe and happy. Unfortunanatley on this occasion - we did not see any dophins. However, we had a nice experience on the boat and will try again in the future.

I went on Vulcano Expres tour to Lanzarote, from Fuerteventura. Everithing from booking in tourist office in CdF, to transport to boat, transport and guide in Lanzarote was just fine. Special mention and compliments to fantastic Maria our host guide in Fue, to madam Regina tourist guide (such a class) and Ivan guapo bus driver in Lanzarote. (just to add few quick taken photos)

Esperienza bellissima, abbiamo prenotato il tour safari Cofete con molta facilità, Carla molto disponibile ed esaustiva in tutto. Escursione fatta con bambini di 9 e 11 anni che si sono divertiti tantissimo. Percorrere questa strada con mezzi sicuri non ha prezzo. Cofete una spiaggia che ha del magico!

Island Tour...Feurterventura...Sept 19th, 2025...This was an amazing day out. Both the driver, and the guide, " Heike", were lovely people. Heike was so attentive, and so knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. The places we visited were so interesting, made even better, by the information given to us by Heike. It was a wonderful day, highly recommended. We'll done.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. The bikes have good price (bike €8 for 4 hours), but the price matches the quality. Fine for an easy, casual ride, but not really suitable for mountain routes because the brakes are weak and the gears work only moderately well – they could use some servicing.

Oby Catamaran Muelle deportivo, 35660 Corralejo, Las Palmas, Espagne Profitez de cette excursion de 4h, arrêt devant l’île de Lobos là où l’eau est très belle. Vous pourrez pratiquer du snorkeling, du paddle ou encore du kayak.. les boissons sont à volonté et la paella est délicieuse!!! Le bateau est très sympa, beaucoup d’endroits pour se prélasser. Mention spéciale pour l’équipage, d’un extrême gentillesse et aux petits soins! Très belle expérience, merci.

Un peu trop de temps passé à récupérer les autres personnes le long du trajet. Presque 2 heures dans le car pour aller de Calete de fuste à Coralejo ! On ne s'y attend pas

Worst boat trip ever! This is a difficult review because I’m not sure if it is the fault of the Tourist shop or the boat tour company (Sealand). I went in and asked the lady for a family boat trip that would allow us to see parts of the island and stop off for a swim. I told her we had two boys with us and one was under 8. So definitely a “family” tour option please. What we ended up on could be described as a trashy booze crew with pasty sun burned tourists drinking too much whilst bored children and a few other families tried not to jump off and try to swim back. You could also describe it as a terrible ferry crossing through very choppy water and free alcohol. Soooo boring. And then when we did stop for a swim at the “inaccessible beach” (inaccessible because no one would want to go there even if they could)! There was no sea life. Don’t bother with a snorkel. Nothing to see. We asked for snorkels which it said was included and they demanded a deposit because people don’t give them back. He could saved me the hassle and just told me I wouldn’t need it! Plus they were terrible cheap kids snorkels. Anyway, I’ve waisted too much of my life on this review. Also, seriously overpriced. Cost 250 euros. Worst boat trip ever.

Did the Safari to El Cotillo and La Olivia on Monday 18th August 2025. Our tour guide was Paul. The trip was fantastic, a great way to see some of this beautiful island. Paul was very friendly and knowledgable and a great guide who showed true passion for the job he did.

The loveliest lady here helped us with hire of 3 scooters husband and son had a great time i being the wally I am couldn't do it so took back and swapped for a bike no problem bare in mind not rode a bike for 35 ish years couldn't manage that either and the wonderful lady was so understanding nothing was to much trouble highly recommend!!

We have booked a car, the zoo - wildlife centre and a trip to Lanzarote with your company. We have spoken to and dealt with the same young lady every time. She has been amazing and truly lovely. Just a message to say a huge thank you. We booked a Catamaran trip from Corralejo to Los Lobos on the north coast of Fuerventura. Every stage of the trip was brilliant, from a very simple chat at the booking office, to the coach return to Coletta de Fuste and the actual sailing itself. The Catamaran crew were extremely attentive and made every member of our party feel extremely welcome. We were taken to the Island of Los Lobos and were given a hour to explore or swim in one of the beautiful lagoons. Then we were taken back on board where we had lunch, free drinks and then approximately 45 minutes to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear sea around the boat. An absolutely amazing trip that we highly recommend everyone tries. Thank you to everyone involved, and we will definitely be booking this trip next year when we are back again.

We stayed in Caleta de Fuste for 2 weeks in June 2025. We booked excursions from Tourist Experiences and what can I say, what an amazing experience we had from them! Their customer service was out of this world. The owners, Lucia and Joaquin made us feel very special and went out of their way to make us happy. We are coming back next year for one month, so will come to book trips again, but this time we will explore the South of the island as this time we saw more of the north. Recomiendo totalmente esta empresa , al menos para nosotros ha sido buenísima . Hemos hecho dos excursiones, una el gran tour de Fuerteventura y la otra Lanzarote express y la verdad que muy bien . Nos han informado de todo muy bien y nos han hecho recomendaciones . Volvería a repetir sin duda .

No recomendaría este sitio. Las bicicletas son viejas y el mantenimiento escaso. Alquilamos dos bicicletas para hacer una ruta por los pueblos cercanos e íbamos con miedo de que se rompiese la cadena o alguna pieza de la bici. Aparentemente están "bien" pero cuando andas con ellas se nota lo viejas que están y su mal mantenimiento

Great service. Mobility scooter arrived on time. It was in good condition with no faults. Well looked after. The price was fair. No problems on handover or getting deposit back. Used it for 10 days with no problems.

Rented mobility scooter from this company. They delivered to my hotel at the exact time and date requested. Service was amazing, mobility scooter was really comfortable and very easy to operate. They picked up from my hotel at the end of my holiday and returned deposit straight away. Definitely recommend Tourist experience fuerteventura and lanzarote

Excursion réservé avec un supplément de dernière minutes ( l'argent toujours l'argent) je ne sais pas si la direction a changé mais le service n'est plus ce qu'il était. Absence totale de professionnalisme. Des retards à répétition et une agressivité des intérimaires. Je pense que l'agence est en fin de cycle. Je vous conseille de ne pas réserver avec cette agence qui n'a pas conscience que nous sommes en vacances. A éviter...

Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour votre faux avis, tout d'abord ce que vous écrivez sur un supplément est un mensonge, il est évident que vous n'avez fait aucune réservation auprès de notre agence, ni auprès d'aucune autre, personne ne facture de suppléments pour les réservations de dernière minute .... en ce qui concerne la direction, je vous informe que c'est toujours la même chose, cela n'a jamais changé, en ce qui concerne les travailleurs, aucun travailleur n'est temporaire, nous sommes du personnel permanent et indéfini et celui qui a travaillé dans l'entreprise le moins longtemps est plus d'un an, TOURIST EXPERIENCES est très conscient que ses clients sont en vacances, nous nous y consacrons, ce que nous regrettons, ce sont vos faux avis qui mettent en péril le travail de six familles qui se consacrent avec tous nos efforts pour que nos clients répondent aux attentes de leurs vacances, nous ne sommes pas parfaits, par conséquent nous assumons toujours humblement les erreurs que nous pouvons commettre et nous essayons toujours de dédommager nos clients d'une manière ou d'une autre, c'est dommage que vous ne fournissiez pas de détails sur votre excursion réservée avec nous ..... il est évident que vous n'avez pas réservé avec nous, nous acceptons tous les avis et nous essayons de nous améliorer chaque jour laisser notre peau avec nos clients pour Nous ne pouvons pas ignorer un faux avis, heureusement nous avons de vrais clients qui donnent leur véritable avis. Nous espérons que vos vacances sur la merveilleuse île de Fuerteventura répondront à vos attentes et nous vous encourageons à passer dans notre agence pour évaluer notre service. Nous regrettons votre insatisfaction avec notre vélo, la politique de l'entreprise est reflétée dans le contrat que vous avez signé, que toute casse due à une mauvaise utilisation pendant la période de location contractée est à la charge du client, vous avez payé 2 vélos 16 € pour une période de location de 4 heures, payé 15 €, l'avez utilisé pendant 4 heures, nous avons envoyé un transport pour venir vous chercher à l'endroit que vous avez indiqué POZO NEGRO, alors que votre emplacement réel était à Salinas del Carmen, un endroit beaucoup plus éloigné que le réel, cela entraîne des dépenses qui ne couvrent pas les 15 € que vous avez payés, 15 € vous ont été facturés pour tous les services, je vous informe que le prix est plus que juste pour vous, puisque l'entreprise ne peut pas utiliser le véhicule jusqu'à ce que l'atelier le répare, concernant les menaces, vous nous avez dit que si vous ne payiez pas vous indiquiez une bonne critique et sinon vous utiliseriez les réseaux sociaux pour nous laisser de mauvaises critiques, aucun client n'est menacé par TOURIST EXPERIENCES, c'est un crime en Espagne. Nous vous souhaitons de joyeuses fêtes de fin d'année et sommes sincèrement désolés de ne pas avoir pu répondre à vos attentes.

Excursión Jeep Safari Copete. Falta absoluta de profesionalidad de los guías a la hora de recogernos en el punto de encuentro, puerto Morro Jable. Los Jeep no tenían el logo de la empresa y era difícil localizarlos. Dos llamadas telefonicas solicitando ayuda. Los guías ignorándonos en todo momento, sin estar pendientes de que faltaban dos personas por recoger. La explicación inicial se les dió a las personas que habían recogido en sus hoteles pero nosotros la perdimos. Casi nos quedamos sin excursión a pesar de haber abonado una reserva importante. A la hora de dejarnos de vuelta, enfila carretera sin pasar por el puerto de Morro Jable, lugar en que teníamos aparcado el coche. Muy desagradable. Ese mismo día recibieron correo electrónico de Abel Escribano explicando el problema que tuvimos, ya que en la reserva constaba el nombre de los dos. J'ai récemment loué des vélos électriques auprès de cette entreprise et j'ai eu une expérience fantastique. Le service de Biviana était exceptionnel ; elle était très aimable, cordiale et diligente dans son attention. Les vélos étaient en excellent état et ont rendu notre balade très agréable. Nous avons fait un parcours le long de la côte jusqu'au Musée du Sel, qui vaut vraiment le détour. Je recommande vivement de louer ici pour passer une excellente journée

I rented two electric scooters for the day with a friend, and it was an incredible experience. The scooters were in perfect condition, almost new, and they provided us with the most powerful ones, allowing us to enjoy our day to the fullest. The battery lasted all day without any issues. The service at Tourist Experiences was exceptional. Viví who assisted us, was very friendly and gave us helpful recommendations. In addition to scooters, they offer bike rentals and other mobility options, making them an ideal choice for exploring the city in a fun and comfortable way. LAMENTABLE. Empezando por la atención pésima, tema que voy a dejar atrás para centrarme en el pésimo estado de las bicicletas. Alquilé una bicicleta para todo el día, digo “una” por decir algo, porque tuve que probar 6 exactamente. - Bicicleta 1: me intentaron colar una bicicleta que parecía en buen estado, de la marca Trek. Primera sorpresa: cadena sin aceite y desprendida del rodillo, no se podía utilizar. - Bicicleta 2: de apariencia más cutre. Segunda sorpresa: No iba el freno del manillar derecho. - Bicicleta 3: mismo modelo que la 2, en este caso me la coló y fue la que me llevé y utilicé durante concretamente 23 minutos, momento en el que volví a la tienda para pedir que me devolviesen el dinero, porque en este caso no iba la marcha del manillar izquierdo, es decir, la que cambia el rodillo delantero. Estuve esperando fuera 20 minutos y la respuesta de los dependienta fue “no te lo puedo devolver porque ya la has usado durante horas”, me ofrece coger la bicicleta 2, a la que no le iban los frenos. Me dice que “esa es la única que tiene”, cuando no era así. - Bicicleta 4: la cuarta sorpresa fue… no iban las marchas del manillar derecho, o por lo menos no tenia el indicador para saber en qué marcha vas. - Bicicleta 5: la quinta sorpresa… no se podía bajar el sillín - Bicicleta 6: por fin!!!! Una bicicleta decente Con esto y con desgana, me quede con esta sexta bicicleta. No repetiría ni lo recomendaría A NADIE. Añadir a esto que le preguntamos expresamente a la dependienta: ¿Podemos ir DESDE LA TIENDA hasta el museo de la sal en bici por el paseo marítimo? A lo que ella respondió un rotundo “SÍ”. Ya os adelanto que NO se puede ir en bicicleta por ese paseo marítimo, así que ahorraos el preguntar, y sobre todo, ahorraos el alquilar bicicletas en este sitio, por vuestro bolsillo y por vuestra integridad física, porque el estado de estas bicicletas es un peligro con todas las letras.

Terrible Experience - Beware of Tourist Experiences in Castillo Caleta de Fuste. I prepaid for a week long hire of a bike with a child seat on the back, they gave me a regular bike with no child seat to take away that day on the understanding that I would come back the following day at 3.00 PM to collect one that had a child seat fitted. I had cycled less than 500 mtrs on the bike (mountain bike around 5 yrs old) it was clear the bike badly needed a service and when changing gear the gear changer was making terrible crunching sound. When going back the following day to collect the bike with the child seat I was 100 meters away from the store I changed gear and the whole gear change mechanism came off the bike. I had to push the bike the remaining distance to the store. When I got to the store and explained what happened to the Italian lady who served me in the first instance (she was lovely, really friendly and professional), she apologised, mentioning it happened frequently due to the extensive usage and rough handling by daily renters. She spoke with the owner (who does not speak English) and he insisted that I need to pay €75 to have the bike repaired. I could not believe what I was hearing, I live in Amsterdam and ride a bike every single day, I know how to change gear and I know when a bike needs serviced and is not for for purpose. I asked the to cancel the week hire and give me my money back, he said ok but that he would deduct the €75 euro from this. We discussed further for a long time using the Italian lady as translator, eventually after half an an hour we agreed I would pay €30 for repair and take the bike with the child seat, he asked that I test this bike first to make sure it was ok, this was an even older bike, closer to 10 years old, I climbed on it and cycled 15 meters, part of the child seat fell off onto the road and it was clear from noise the gears were even worse on this bike than on the previous one. I climbed off and asked that we cancel the hire, he then said I drove it too aggressively and thats why the gears a chain were making loud grinding noise and the part of the child seat fell off. Further long debate ensued, while this was happening two inbound calls came into the store from other tourists who had rented bikes and were stranded further down the coast and that the chains on their bikes had came off and could he come and collect them. He left to the collect these stranded customers and told me that his wife would come to help find a solution. I was hopeful of a breakthrough… she arrived after another 20 mins and immediately started shouting at me in Spanish, she also didn’t speak English, it was like something from a sitcom, we agreed that we should call the police to try and find a solution, after further 20 mins the local police arrived and I was told to fill in a complaint form and then take it to the local justice office I the next town up. The bike store kept my €75 and I had no bike to show for it. I filled in the form and handed it in but so far have had no reply or feedback. This whole experience left me feeling awful for days.

I am sorry for your bad experience, but unfortunately I have to tell you that you are lying, tell you that it is impossible for our bicycles to be the age you say, since they are new, renewed 1 month ago, and the previous ones were 6 months old, our store has been open for 13 months and our entire fleet is brand new, we offered you many solutions so that you would have a trouble-free vacation, but you were not interested in any of the options offered, you were rude throwing all the exposed bikes on the floor yelling at the saleswoman, so much so so we had to call the police, our evidence was shown to the police since we have security surveillance cameras and it was the police that had to remove it from our business....evidently we charged you €75 for the breakage that you made in our vehicle and tell him that he does not know how to use the gears of a bicycle, we were able to verify this when trying that second bicycle that you mention and that he also lies about its condition....it is very sad that reviews are made lying, we are workers who We give our all for our tourism and our customers support it.... We are also very sorry that your vacation has been marred by the event, we are also sorry that you visited our store since we had an experience that we are not used to.

Es waren Nur ein paar Tage auf Fuerteventura. Ich wollte gerne Rad fahren. In dieser kleinen Agentur habe ich genau das bekommen, was ich wollte. Ein City E-Bike. Es war ganz neu. Ich war die erste, die es mieten konnte. Knapp 130 km habe ich in 3 Tagen gefahren und ein paar wunderbare Orte kennenlernen dürfen. Die Dame war sehr nett, freundlich und kompetent. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

We hired 3 x mountain bikes for 4 hrs ,inc helmets and locks €24 The bikes were decent quality (TREK ) ,in need of a service but absolutely useable and safe. The staff could not have been more polite and helpful. You will need some form of ID but no deposit required Would definitely recommend based on our experience and 4hrs is enough to see the sites and coastal path in CDF

When we arrived in Fuerteventura we roughly knew roughly what we wanted to do but couldn't decide days and time. We found Tourist Experiences and decided to walk in and it was the best decision we made for the holiday. We were lucky enough to have Domenica helping us and she made is so easy. We were about 30 mins inside the office and Domenica had made a plan with all the things we wanted and recommend other things that really made the holiday for us. I would 100% recommend going in and talking to the staff even if you didn't want anything booked the recommendations and knowledge of the island will really help help you get the upmost out of your holiday

We booked all of our excursions and scooter rental from here, everything was wonderful and the staff were incredibly helpful and good to us. They even let us leave our cases with them while we wandered about on our last day there which I really appreciated! We did their free bird tour, their jeep safari and booked a transfer to Oasis wildlife with them. The tours were wonderful and created some unique & memorable moments we won't forget any time soon. Thank you very much for looking after us during our time there, we will be back when we next visit!
