Jeg og min samboer kjøpte bil hos Emma for drøyt to år siden nå. Det har ikke vørt noe problemer med bilen som de ikke har fikset med en gang. Emma svarer meg alltid kjapt og hjelper til mye mer en det som er forventet etter at bilen er kjøpt. Senest i går behøvde jeg hjelp da batteriet stoppet helt opp. Jeg er avhengig av bilen i jobben min, så jeg trengte dette fikset fort. En telefon samtale til Emma på morgningen og så var betteriet bestilt og levert til EasyCars. Jeg fikk ikke noen til å frakte bilen til Easycars fra mitt hjem så jeg spurte Emma om hjelp. Dette som alt annet, var heller ikke noe problem. Emma kjørte personlig mekanikeren bort til meg slik at han fikk fikset batteriet og jeg kunne kjøre til jobb. Snakk om service innstilte mennesker. Jeg er så utrolig glad for at vi endte opp med å kjøpe fra Emma og EasyCars. Takk for alt!

Buenos días Horrible experiencia es una campa con los coches de segunda mano llenos de arena y desastrados fui a comprobar si le habían revisado los fallos que encontré en la primera visita ( no tenía suficiente batería ni líquido refrigerante ni gasolina) nada fue solucionado Sino que daba más fallos de todo aún y nos quedamos tirados en la entrada de la gasolinera por segunda vez dudo que sea de acuerdo a la legalidad española estos coches de importación sin ningún tipo de control y rematriculaciones porque todo lo ocultan es muy opaco cuando han engañado a mucha gente y les llueven las denuncias desaparecen y se van a otro sitio a seguir con el mismo engaño es increíble que no lo controlen las autoridades y dejan con el pufo a todos los clientes Además el que prueba los coches lo hace de una forma temeraria que pone en riesgo la vida de los posibles clientes y del resto de viandantes y conductores corriendo como un loco…y maltratándo los coches. Os desaconsejo acercaros para evitaros una nefasta experiencia. Contestan que soy un mentiroso vaya por Dios si habéis engañado a todo el mundo no hay más que leer otras reseñas pero que infantil la respuesta 😜pero si tengo pruebas de toda mi experiencia allí vídeos del loco del volante a 180 por hora por las calles de la zona..taller de los horrores piezas de otros coches usan hasta pegamentos para disimular las averías evasión de impuestos coches rematriculados sin historial etcétera las estafas por lo que leído se amplía a los coches de alquiler cobran las reservas y el servicio y dejan tirados a los clientes teniendo que pagar un 2 coche de alquiler QUE VERGÜENZA!! HAY QUE DENUNCIARLOS!! Iros a vuestros países fuera de la costa española La tal Emma como esta como un queso 🫕 🧀 de buena la guiri está cañón y le ponen muy buenas reseñas…pero de vender coches no tiene ni idea la pobre 😃 pero los coches están todo para llevarlos al desguace directamente!! El pasado día 4 de Enero, compro un vehículo en este establecimiento, después de tan solo 50 días y 2.700km me salta el chivato de las pastillas de freno, me pongo en contacto con la empresa vendedora EASYCARS TORREVIEJA y me dicen que tienen que consultar, que les envié unas fotos y me dirán.... Mi sorpresa es que me envían un WhatsApp diciéndome que es desgaste y no está cubierto pero que si quito, una reseña de Google me lo solucionan (vamos que me cambian las pastillas de freno) Le digo que yo no se nada de una reseña, que no sabía que se podía valorar a las empresas a través de este medio, de echo es la primera reseña que pongo y ya sabéis mi valoración... No conozco al señor, pero como tiene el mismo apellido que yo, relacionan esa reseña conmigo.... Pero desde hoy después del trato recibido opino lo mismo que este señor....

I’m not one for leaving reviews but wanted to ensure I recognised Gemma and the team at Easy Cars. I remotely purchased an A Class without seeing it and on arrival to pick it up everything was as described and we are very satisfied with the purchase. The level of support and communication from Gemma was amazing, this was our first purchase in Spain and easy cars took us through the whole process and also arranged very competitive insurance as well. We can’t recommend them enough.

Visited several car-shops in the area last year, and ended up doing business with Easycars. As far as I can see their cars are fair prized, and in good condition. I was very well taken care of by the employees, and they seemed to have very good knowlegde of each of the cars. I decided to go for a 2016 BMW 320d GT. Easycar did all the paperwork, including setting up the insurance of the car. We are very happy both with the car and the service provided by Easycars😉🇪🇸😉

Lamentable, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, vehículo sin revisar, lleno de arañazos, falta de piezas, etc... etc... Te hablan con muy buenas palabras para convencerte pero a la hora de la verdad, no cumplen con lo pactado, te ponen piezas piratas. Bought a Seat Leon from Easy Cars in December. Excellent service & also helped us with competitive insurance to boot. The girls in the office are all very helpful & took the time to answer any queries we had as this was our first car purchase in Spain. A small problem with the window opening electronics was quickly corrected last week by their mechanic under the warranty given. No problems at all. Would highly recommend.

We bought a used car from Easy cars just before Covid lockdown in Spain last year and had to leave Spain before we had got our NIE. We were in close contact with Easy Cars during the lockdown from Iceland, our home country, which lasted for a year. The service was incredible, they kept the car for us during this time and did everything to make the waiting easier for us. We came back two weeks ago and now everything is settled. I have bought a car from EasyCars, and everything was easy! You can mistake Emma from Gemma (over the phone) and the other way around, because they both have excellent customer service. They were pro-active and explained every step I should to take, although there was not much to do from my side, because they took care of almost everything. The car was real value for money, and I plan to visit them for the periodical check up and service, when the time comes for that.

Very good selection of cars, no pressure from the sales staff. We bought from them with no hassle, everything taken care of. After a week I had an unusual problem, the automatic gear lever selection button broke. They did a temporary repair then and there and ordered the new part. Took two weeks to arrive. Courtesy car for the morning whilst they fitted it. Excellent customer service. Would recommend them.

Hola a tod@s,he comprado un coche de 17000 € ,me comentaron que estaba totalmente revisado,y confié en ellos , al mes descubro que no les han cambiado la correa de distribucion (tuve la suerte de contactar con el antigüo propietario y los concesionarios) ,aunque ellos dicen que está revisada por su mecánico,pero no cambiada ya que no le hace falta.El trato ha sido áspero,el servicio post-venta aún más, hace un més que me dijeron que llevase el coche a Torrevieja para su revisión,yo soy de Cádiz y no puedo ir allí para este tema, así que les estoy solicitando que me den la opcíón de la cobertura de garantía nacional que me dijeron que tenía el coche,a día de hoy y ha pasado casi mes y medio, no me han contestado.Que cada uno saque sus propias conclusiones ,espero que mi experiencia le sirva a otras personas,GRACIAS.

Bought a car from here in Abril, no sales pressure and a good professional service from Emma and the other ladies in the office, they sorted all the documentation out and insurance as well. Had a couple of minor problems with the car which were fixed quickly by them under their 1 year guarantee, without any hassle. The car is fine and I would buy from them again.

I bought a car there last year and had two problems with it, both problems were fixed promptly with polight service from the two girls that served me.

Don't buy a car here we did that and the car already from the first day broke down and they don't care about it..so what they advertise about one year guarantee and only quality car is just a BIG lie.....
