Всем Привет. В этом автосалоне (или правильнее сказать автоточке продаж) купил VW Golf4. На что обратил - все машины, которые у них были выставлены на продажу с виду находятся в отличном состоянии (ради интереса просмотрел несколько автомобилей), для меня это в целом говорит об ответственности со стороны автосалона и моей уверенности от эксплуатации автомобиля в случае его покупки. Но т к обладал сравнительно небольшим бюджетом и это моя первая машина в Испании, купил VW Golf4. Для такого возраста авто считаю, машина действительно в отличном состоянии (отзыв пишу спустя неделю эксплуатации после покупки). Как подтверждение - в странах бывшего Союза мы привыкли проверять крашенный авто или нет. Так вот - не обнаружил ни одного крашенного элемента, все монтажные болты в родной краске. Двигатель работает ровно, без настораживающих шумов. По своему опыту ездил на разных машинах - от совсем простых (отец учил ездить еще на Москвиче 412) до действительно дорогих японских и немецких новых авто, в общем есть с чем сравнивать. Также очень понравилось радушие и честность продавцов. Рассказали о всех шагах оформления автомобиля на себя, какие документы необходимо возить с собой на случай остановки полицией, посоветовали где лучше купить страховку, чтобы не переплачивать. На все письма и звонки всегда отвечали быстро и подробно рассказывали по шагам, что мне необходимо сделать. В общем процесс покупки оказался намного проще, чем его себе представлял :) В итоге получаю удовольствие от покупки авто и пока думаю, что за следующей машиной через пару лет буду обращаться в это же салон. Правда, рекомендую :)

I always get 5 star service from this business. Whether it be buying a car, taking the car in for a service, ITV or even borrowing a battery charger. If there is a courtesy car available they will lend you that and if not, they will give you a run home if required. Garbo and Francesco are always pleasant, friendly and honest. They are never trying to hard sell, or take any extra cash from customers as is quite common in the UK. I have had many small repairs done on my car with no charge. Do not let the size of this business put you off. What they lack in size, they more than make up for in experience. This is my go to car sales and service place. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Yesterday, 3 days after purchasing a car it developed an engine fault which could not have been foreseen (ignition coil). Took it back and Francisco immediately took it into a garage. Fault identified and part ordered and car ready to collect late afternoon. He provided us with a car to get back to our house and so we were extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency shown by Fransisco of B and W cars on a very hot day!!

We have just bought the car and they have made the process very easy, including all the paperwork and were incredibly helpful. Just bought a Mazda CX-5 From B & W cars, I found them online in Feb and dealt with Francisco by Email and phone. Great English. He described the car honestly and I decided to have 4 new tires fitted and a towbar. I explained I could not pick the car up until next in Spain and they offered to store it fully insured until I could collect it. I paid for the car in full at the end of Feb. and collected it in April. Everything went perfectly, The Registration, Tax, Mot was all sorted and the car was better than described and has run perfectly. I can definitely can recommend this dealer. I would happily buy again from them.

I have recently purchased a car from BW cars I found them to be very helpful. I had a small problem with the car and when I informed them they arranged for the problem to be rectified the next day there customer service was excellent and would definitely recommend them to a friend .

Really great experience when buying our car. Very helpful and quick. They do all the paperwork for you and apparently (not used yet) have a great after service. Franco was particularly good as was his colleague in Torrevieja. We found a scratch on the windscreen but Franco offered to fix this no problem. Thank you guys really pleased with our car. If you are looking for a car and particularly an automatic then we couldn't recommend B & W cars enough. Well done guys 👍

We had dealings mostly with Garbo. He was very efficient and not at all pushy. He listened to our requirements, then he advised us to buy for our needs, and not something we would only use a couple of times per year (visiting relatives). We took the car for a test drive during which we were shown the controls and given advice on owning and driving in Spain. We were also offered a timing belt change at a very reasonable price, which we took. The car came with a one year guarantee with a 6 monthly check to ensure all is going OK. There were a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately. All in all, a very pleasurable experience.

It sounded too good to be true as in South Africa, where I come from, car dealers are difficult to trust. As I was buying a car without personally being able to check it out I trusted Francisco with me paying for the car and hoping for honesty from him. Believe me, I cannot recommend him enough. He was always friendly and patient during the purchase phase. On collection he took me through the car and explained everything to me. I am a very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work guys!
