Terrible doesn't deserve 1 star ...so I am on a week's vacation from Portugal driving thru Spain, own 3 Harleys and really wanted a pair of gloves and to check out some EVO parts Heard of this shop so was excited to go in , checked online said OPEN ...so i pulled up to a half open front garage door ..went up crouched down called out and some miserable old man came out and said we are closed , only the mechanics department is open and turns and walks away , I told him I came from Portugal 600 kms away ....treated me like I was invisible , I was prepared to drop 100-500 euros on some items ...I could never turn someone away like that ...next time keep the door closed and update your timeline online

Ok, let me get this straight... You came to a semi closed door.. and yet decided that you would crawl under, because you drove 600 km, to get a pair of gloves that you couldn't get anywhere else??? And now you blaiming us.. First of all the shop was closed Friday and Monday, except for booked appointments in the workshop... You also complain about being told that the shop was closed, by a mechanic, who has no access to the cash register, nor has knowledge about the shop, and that he didn't pay attention to you, after you crawled under a half closed door, which indicate, that we are closed... Even if it hadn't been announced in Internet, we do not have to listen to you rudely telling us what to do. Stop being a snowflake...

Cambio mi reseña respecto a este negocio, NO PISARÉ SU NEGOCIO NUNCA MÁS, fui a llevar mi buell xb 12S y me hizo un cambio de aceite y filtros, cambio de aceite en las horquillas y el aceite del basculante, me gasté casi 500 eur, me dice que si pago con tarjeta me tiene que cobrar un 3 porciento más, pagué con tarjeta y al sacar la moto del taller a la semana empieza a perder aceite por los retenes de la horquilla por un mal montaje, le escribí y me dio cita para 2 semanas después, el problema fue que olvidé la cita y no asistí ése día con lo que días después volví a escribirle pidiéndole disculpas por no asistir por el olvido y me dice que no va a volver a tocar más mi moto y con unas formas que tiene de hablar al público que para nada son correctas, fui al establecimiento y discutimos, me dio cita nuevamente para 2 semanas y al sacar la moto que es hoy noto que la horquilla no está bien y además empieza a darme un problema eléctrico que se me funde la resistencia del 15 constantemente cuando mi moto estaba perfectamente, esta persona es mala y voy a presentar una denuncia, la pinza del freno no lo ha atornillado, estamos hablando de algo muy muy grave para causar daño, no recomiendo dejar vuestras motos aquí, estoy tirado en la carretera pidiendo una grúa porque no hay manera de que marche la moto POR FAVOR AFECTADOS CON ESTA EMPRESA PÓNGASE EN CONTACTO CONMIGO ian_kuchler@outlook.com, GRACIAS

Edited on 06/18/25 Once again Rolf hit the target. Its always a pleasure to make business with him, I just bought from the shop another bike and, beside of being happy for the purchase, i'm always impressed from the professionality of Rolf and his crew. Congratulations guys! Absolutely professional. Once more he hit the target. I brought my Electra for a complete service and i got once more very happy about how Rolf and Ian treat the bike, checking all the details, and of course, always ready to listen their suggestions. I also had to change both tyres, and i got the very nice surprise and detail to get the wheel rims shining like new. Details that make me give trust to the shop. Congratulations!

This is an authentic motorcycle repair shop like we used to have back home before they all became fancy t shirt boutiques. I spent some time speaking with Rolf the owner and he was friendly and legit. He had some very nice bikes outside for rent and the prices seemed fair to me. I wanted to rent a moto for my journey to Gibraltar but not realize in time to get my international permit , just some advice for others. I highly recommend this place as long as you don’t need to be coddled. Thx Rolf

Sadly this place has gotten some bad reviews by STUPID people. Rolf, his wife and his mechanic is fair and trustworthy people that knows what they are doing. Yes, ofcourse they are NOT using original parts. They are NOT a HD dealer and why the hell would you install original parts when you can get BETTER and CHEAPER 3rd party parts? Yes, Rolf might not have your sense of humor and maybe he should tone it down a bit because I can understand it is not for everyone. I did not mind, some people get offended for nothing these days. If you do stupid stuff Rolf is gonna call you out on it! Their english (amoung others) is also good, so easy to communicate with them. I thought being in Europe everybody speaks at least some english, but no... So that was a good thing for me.

Habe meine Harley hingebracht, da die Kess Tech Anlage nicht mehr funktionierte. Mein Bike konnte ich 2 Stunden später wieder abholen und alles funktionierte wider tadellos. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier.Dazu kam, Kann die Werkstatt nur weiterempfehlen. Komme gerne wieder!

First of all this is the first time that I have left a review of any type on social media. I am on holiday and in good spirits and just needed a little help. I have a Honda Pan European 1300 and have a very slight oil leak from my rocker cover gasket. Not drastic but I wanted to cure it if possible? Having checked the local motorcycle dealers and their websites, I thought great, Iron Skull should be able to help. I actually needed three things. New summer gloves, my oil leak cured if possible and a new battery as mine had struggled in the last two days. Just to give you an idea of my experience in the motorcycle world, I have trained as a motorcycle apprentice at the of 16. Worked for franchised dealers of many makes and worked for Honda UK head office motorcycle division for 13 years. Anyway, upon entering the shop there were two people behind the desk. The one behind the computer screen eventually looked up with little greeting. I asked if he could help with 3 things. 1 summer gloves, 2 helping to cure my oil leak maybe with some mastic? At this point he hadn’t even got out of his chair and seen the slight leak he told me that’s not what they do? Surprised, I asked if I could buy some mastic? The reply was no we don’t sell it. I asked how did they repair engines? We use Harley sealant was the reply. But oh no this sealant obviously doesn’t work on Hondas? I then realised no help was forthcoming. He then asked what was the third thing? I said that I would like a new battery. Well it depends what it is in an unhelpful manner. It seemed all too much effort to help a customer. I said that I didn’t expect him to have one but by then I realised that I wasn’t going to buy any new gloves there, he wasn’t willing to help with the slight oil leak or sell me sealant and was struggling to bother to help with a battery. I left politely wishing him a happy day. He will reply with some excuse about “well that’s not what we do.” So be it, but he seems to have lost the art of helping fellow motorcyclist and customers? I hope that all Harley dealers aren’t like that. This has taken a while so off for a beer. Cheers. Oh just one quick thing. Before saying anything, try this. THINK T. Is it true? H. Is it helpful? I. Is it inspiring? N. Is it necessary? K. Is it kind?

That was you version.. Not gonna go deeper in to that, than we change the gaskets when theres an oil leak, we don't silicone it... the only sealant we have, is what we use at the surface between the engine cases, that wouldn't have been any help.. We could have helped you with the gloves and the battery, Can't understand that an experience guy like you wouldn't bring some mastic with you... Anyway... Your version is, as good, as mine.. I don't know who the second person behind the desk was...??? And maybe you should "THINK"

Just had my 1989 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic with side car totally rebuild and serviced here as it had been standing for over 10 years! Rolf spent a considerable amount finding the right replacement parts and Ian worked his magic in getting it up and running, it was a good project, and they worked well together to deliver my bike back on the road yesterday, on picking it up i was a little apprehensive as I had not riden a bike with a side car before, but after Ians tips and two bags of stabilising sand in side car I managed to get home safely, it was a great, ride engine running smoothly, gear box working well, yes riding with a side car does takes a little time to get use to, but a lot of fun, looking forward to some long rides out now! Thank you guys for great service and getting the bike back on the road. Frank.

Visited this establishment several times over the last year for services and have found these guys really helpful and professional. On one occasion my 2017 Milwaukee 8 developed an oil leak from the rear head. I immediately took it round to these guys for advice. A blown head gasket was diagnosed! It was wheeled into the well equipped workshop straight away. All parts necessary to carry out the repair were in stock and as a result I was back on the road within 24 hours. No hanging around for weeks waiting for parts! So for serving/diagnostics and repairs this place is a bikers haven. Not only that, the coffee is good. Oh, and don’t forget to bring doughnuts.

I visited Iron Skull motorcycles whilst in Spain, I had a small problem with my Harley Davidson regulator. The guys there were amazing and fix the problem with no issues, got me back to the UK without any further problems. Great service and friendly staff what more could you asked for.

If you are the guy, that yesterday crawled under the door to get in to a dark motorcycle workshop, not understanding the words, "Sorry, we are closed" and then insulting my maintenance staff, by calling them idiots.. You might wanna look in the mirror to see who is rude.. And just so you know for the furture.. A garage door to a motorcycle workshop, that is up 90 cm, and there is no light inside, DOES NOT MEAN OPEN!!

Very rude people to deal with they had an old BMW to hire for 75 euro but I went to Yamaha hire in torremolinos paid 110 euro for a much newer bike and friendly staff definitely would NOT recommend iron skull for anything I don't know how they are still in business

So... First of all... We are a Harley-Davidson rental, If you wanted Yamaha, you should have gone to yamaha.. We have a few bikes of other brands, they are not new, hence the price, but they are in a good technical condition. So your reaction, after making a complete Joke out of yourself, is slamming our site??? I don't know who you think you are, getting upset, because we didn't have a bike you wanted.. normal persons would just move on to a company, that rent out that type of bike, (We do actually recommend Yamaha, if you would have asked) Talking down to my wife, telling her that you don't want the BMW F650GS (The only not harley we had left) because you were used to drive bigger bikes.. And them making a complete fool out of yourself, by insulting a customer, because you couldn't sit on his KTM 1190, and that he would not rent it to you for € 100,- like you where the big man offering him € 100,- Your a joke, and to be honest we would also never recommend you as a customer...

Location d'une Road king pendant 3 jours en 2016 pour du tourisme en ANDALOUSIE. Pour un Latin le Boss a un contact très "Nordique" mais sympa quand même. Bonne prestation conforme à le réservation. Attention trés pointilleux sur l'heure de retour, pensez a anticiper le retour avec les bouchons de fin de journée. Bon souvenir. A renouveler certainement lors de prochaines vacances.

You then decide to lie me up in my faceb y trying to tell me, that you have a quote from my internetsite that is lower..... And when I ask you to show me, you get insulted, and start asking if I know Phillip❓❓ I do know my Internet site, and you can NOT get a quote, since we have a flatrate price pr. day.. So given us one star because I didn't believe your lie, don't seem appropriate..💀💀

No voy a valorar la atención ya que cada cuál lo sabra desde el primer minuto. Me tuvieron un mes para cambiar la línea de combustible y así quedó, tuve que ir a otro taller para comprar y montar otra, y dejando el daño el la tapa. Gracias. Solo la arrogancia responderá esta valoración, no ir a reclamar el mal trabajo deja claro mi mejor opción. Lo que comenté sobre posibles fallos era por las preguntas que me hicieron por no saber vosotros el fallo, que al final resultó ser la línea de combustible. Dinero y tiempo tirado. Una pena pero gracias a Dios no se me incendio la moto o yo en ella !Suerte!

I am very sorry, you feel that you are unsatisfied... I am not sure why you came to us to start with?? Since you from the beginning tried to tell us what was wrong with the bike, and how to fix it.. Sending us solutions you had googled on the internet... Your bike came in running really bad, with a pinched fuel line, after being mounted wrong.. Front brake switch missing, just cut out. It was leaking oil from a broken oil cap, and was overfilled.. Fenderstruts bolts missing Footpegs loose and bend.. You wanted a chineese scoop mounted, on a bend mount... As I said.. I am really sorry, that you are unsatisfied, but since you did not come back to complain, I can really not do anything... Did you try to google a solution??

The place was just a shambles! Could not get near any of the clothing because of stuff lying all over the floor. We walked out after 30 seconds. Looked good in the video/pictures, don't know how long ago they were taken. Will not go back. Staff disinterested.

I was only looking into the store from the street, when a owner or employee verbally abused me. Until that point I was considering buying a motorcycle, still am but not from this store . The man's arrogance was astounding.

He was kindly asking you not to lean against the "Fence " and not take your dog in, as the signs at the entrance say.. also, there is a reason that there is a chain blocking the entrance, maybe you should just have ask if you could go in before trying to push yourself between the bikes and shelving...

What was rude from our side? That we asked you not to enter the workshop area? That we did not ask you to put on a T-shirt? (Which would have been polite, if you had done by yourselfe) That we did not have any scooters for rent? Looked at in disgust, where did that come from? Just because you had a few tattoos, we see at lot worse here, must have been your own imagination.. Anyway, sorry you felt that way, I guess we cant make everybody satisfied.. have a great Holiday

We have hired scooters from these people for the last two years while on holidays. i know everyone has already made it know to how well organized and helpful etc etc the owners are.well i have to say, every word spoken is true about the owners,the equipment and their attitude. 100%.. see you again in June 2020. Seriously THE best service we’ve ever had in ANY establishment! The owners are knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and just the nicest people. The scooter we rented was in excellent condition and they went through everything about it with us before we took it out, (and made sure we chose the best helmets, “safety-wise”). They also gave us tips on nice areas to drive out to and made us feel “looked after” and like they’d known us for ages. You cannot go wrong here, this is a serious establishment that is well above the usual scooter-rental places you find in tourist areas - they also sell, rent, and repair bikes, scooters, and motorcycles. HIGHLY recommended!!

So, Just because I do not understand you when you speak fast in Spanish over the phone, you give me 1*.. Guess that says more about you than me.. That's just racist, when you in fact speak english, also your husband did not have any problems speaking and understanding english when you needed the money, and wanted to sell the bike. Just because I have a shop here, does not mean that I should speak and understand you when you speak fast spanish on the phone.. First of all I made business with your husbond, not you.. You have never been in the shop, and do not have to come.....

Called in as i was on holiday there, wife wanted pegs for forward controls, unfotunately they weren't able to get any before our flight back home ( same day ).
