Les compre un mercedes, a los 15 días le tuve que cambiar las ruedas , me lo vendieron el coche sin el dado para quitar el tornillo de seguridad, las ruedas caducadas , eran las de origen , los llame para preguntarles por el tapon de seguridad y nunca más me cogieron el teléfono , contrate a otro taller para hacerlo y ya no obtuve más respuesta. Es importante el servicio post venta y más en un taller con coches de alta gama.

Sin duda un trato excelente durante todo el proceso de compra y poniéndo todas las facilidades del mundo. Respecto al coche adquirido, se encontraba totalmente preparado el día que fui a recogerlo y han estado atentos durante la post venta para interesarse por cómo estaba el coche y si estaba satisfecho. Compre un Bentley hace año y medio y después de dos meses sin utilizarlo cuando fui a ello funcionaban mal muchas cosas, reclamé y no hicieron ni caso, tuve que ir al concesionario Bentley y pagar de mi bolsillo todas las reparaciones. les presente la factura y ahora estoy esperando que el juzgado se pronuncie

Vendieron mi coche hace 3 meses y aun no he recivido el dinero, excusandose q el coche tiene una averia. Una vez denunciados, me consta q tienen 14 denuncias mas abiertas. El dueńo es marroqui y nunca quiere dar la cara. Tiene a un seńor trabajando ahi como vendedor llamado Mariano que es la cabeza visible de la estafa.

Entregaron coche en mal estado y lo devolví a día de hoy aún no he recibido el dinero.

Compré un AMG GT 63. El mismo día al recibirlo perdía aceite (13 de Febrero) en el motor y devolví el coche . 3 semanas despues aún no me han devuelto el dinero el coche está en taller roto y no cogen el teléfono ni se quieren hacer responsables de manera amistosa dejo adjunto el informe de la Mercedes… adjunto el informe oficial de Mercedes para que vean en qué estado me entregaron el vehículo.. además de que hace un año que no pasa por taller.. me lo entregaron con la revisión por hacer… una chapuza . Son simplemente intermediarios no se hacen cargo de nada ni te van a solucionar nada.

Excelente atención por parte de Mariano. Compré un Audi A5 por las fotos de la web y la información proporcionada por Mariano y todo fue perfecto. En 24 horas la documentación ya figuraba a mi nombre.Concesionario de confianza. Muy contento con la compra.

Be careful with these guys. They aren’t serious. I bought a car to them, I asked if she has any accident and they answer that she didn’t. After I received the car , I realized that the car had a huge accident and chassis is twisted. They did a deplorable repair just to hide the accident. And now I’m spending lots of money to repair it and still not solved.

Buenos días a todos, no se si tuve la buena o mala suerte de comprar un cochecito que hace tiempo que buscaba, en este establecimiento. A la hora de ver y probar el coche todo correcto. En un par de dias me doy cuenta que el sensor del nivel de combustible no funcionaba correctamente. Me pongo en contacto con el vendedor, el cual me remite a una subcontrata de seguros. Dicha empresa de seguros resulta ser un engaño prácticamente, no contestan emails, ni teléfono. Aún así consigo una cita para un taller concertado. Despues de entregar el coche y hacerle una revisión le sacan varios fallos de fugas de diesel, fugas del refrigerante, sensor de combustible, incorrecto funcionamiento de la caja de cambios, un faro roto y lo mas interesante que ni siquiera le han hecho la revisión ( filtros pasados, el liquido del radiodor rojo en vez del azul y cosas así ).Después de tazar los desperfectos, la aseguradora se negó a hacerse cargo sin dar explotación ninguna y la tienda se ofreció a hacerlo pero pagando yo el coste de las piezas y mano de obra. P.S. Aun así el coche me gusta mucho, pero la experiencia deja un sabor amargo.Y saber que la garantía solo es en el papel, en realidad son nada mas que pegas y chapucerias.

Hallo, Am Anfang mal das wichtigste, der Service wurde sehr gut gemacht und ich bin Pünktlich dran gekommen und das Auto war pünktlich fertig, der Mechaniker ist freundlich und gut. Es gibt ein paar kleine Sachen zu wissen, deswegen keine 5 Sterne. Du bekommst immer ein Angebot von den vollen Service, nicht nur der Service der im Servicebuch steht, sonst musst du es erwähnen, dass du nur den normalen Service möchtest. Dein Auto wird nur auf Anfrage von dir als Kunden gewaschen, ob innen oder außen. Du bekommst automatisch einen neuen Nummernschildhalter mit der Werbung vom Servicehaus, möchtest du es nicht, solltest du es vorher sagen oder musst es bei Abholung reklamieren. Der Chef ist sehr freundlich, die anderen Mitarbeiter, in den Büros musst du froh sein wenn Sie "Hallo" sagen. Liebe Grüße und bis zum nächsten mal.

Acabo de comprar un coche en Cohen & Cars y la experiencia ha sido buenísima. La atención de Mariano ha sido impecable y Yunes, el propietario un 10 de persona. Muy recomendable y son gente de fiar. Dado que compre el coche desde Madrid, me enviaron toda la información necesaria, fotos, videos, documentación completa del vehículo y videos específicos que les solicite yo. Un gran servicio, en mi caso no llegue a formalizar la compra, pero he de decir que en ningún caso se ha debido a falta de trabajo y esmero por su parte, simplemente el coche no me encajo. Me gustaría agradecer especialmente a Mariano su implicación y trabajo, facilitando todo tipo de información solicitada y estando en contacto continuamente. Señalar que en ningún caso me pusieron algún tipo de inconveniente para la devolución de la señal entregada inicialmente como reserva, algo de agradecer ya que la cancelación fue una decisión mía sin motivo alguno por su parte. Cohen & cars did a fantastic job helping me with Spanish plates on my mustang. They gave me an estimate on the price and delivered accordingly! Qick and effective service. I would highly recommend them and I will certainly use them again.

Terrible staff with zero maintenance skills and no accountability. I took my GMC truck to them for what should have been a simple problem, paid them in excess of 1000 Euros to fix it, the car left with exactly the same problem as it came in. They refused to fix the problem, their mechanic actually threatened to come to my office in Marbella to physically assault me, and when I tried to speak to their boss he basically said "we're keeping your money, do what you want". The only way to solve problems in Marbella is of course to speak to a good lawyer who can get your money back from them, not their mafia style tactics that they use to blow smoke in your face to mask their lack of accountability. Will post an update once the court situation is done. I sincerely wish anyone who uses their maintenance services the best of luck as it all appears to be nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Update to your response : Typical response from irresponsible garage. This is exactly what you said you would say when I told you I would publish this review. Smoke and mirrors.

I faced purchasing a second hand car online with some intrepidation but covid travel restrictions prevented me from visiting Cohen & Cars. From the moment of my first enquiry, Anthony Gould was able to provide me with the confidence i needed to proceed. I was furnished with excellent videos of the vehicle with close ups of the condition of the car. The sales process was very personal and professional and I was very pleased to find the vehicle exactly as described when the transporter arrived. Overall this was a very efficient and friendly service and I would happily recommend Cohen & Cars and in particular Anthony Gould.

Was asked by C&C to write a google review so here it is. Had my Camaro for service and other preparations there a few weeks ago, also including problem fixing with error codes. They were very helpful and did a great job servicing, oil change and brake change, Really happy about that! What made me less happy was that I had error codes regarding mechanical problems when revving high plus wheel alignment was not straight. They returned the car to me and said it was tested and fixed but I noticed when I started driving that it wasn’t neither. Still getting error codes when I revved high, and car didn’t go straight. When I returned the car to them they said it could be an electrical problem and that they didn’t check the electric error codes. Why didn’t they check electric error codes?? They also said the exhaust was loose and could cause the error codes. Why did they not just tighten the exhaust in the first place if they noticed it was loose?? And was it so difficult to notice the wheels were off alignment? They get two stars for willingness to help, they loose the other three stars for returning a car to a customer that still wasn’t fixed or ready. Expected more from a GM certified service

My husband and bought our car from Cohen Cars a few months ago and were dealt with by Anthony. I can honesty say I hate car shopping, I hate the over salesy way some dealers/sales men can be however Anthony was nothing like that - he gave us exactly what we wanted, never tried to upsell us on stuff he knew we didnt want and made us feel really comfortable with our purchase. My husband dealt with the purchase after we left the showroom and he made a point of saying how happy he was with the after care from Anthony and that he preferd the servcie at Cohen Cars to the service given by the actual branded dealer. We will certainly be back for our next purchase!

If only I could give zero stars. This company has had my wife’s Alfa Romeo in their workshop since September 2017 when it went in for a new lamda sensor and cam sensor. Now 15 months and 5600€ later they tell me it needs a new engine at my expense. They subcontracted the original work to another workshop without our knowledge and have subsequently accepted no responsibility for this debacle. Please think carefully before you leave your car in their hands!!

I recently bought a Jeep from Cohen & Cunild purely by chance after walking past their showroom and after the recent bad storms in the campo leaving me unable to get my car out of the driveway. From the very first contact I was more than impressed with Anthony the sales guy who knew his stuff, and after a short discussion, I did the deal there and then. Mariyam, who has been extremely helpful, professional and courteous in answering any questions I may have had emailed me all the necessary paperwork within a day, and the Jeep was ready within two days. I have not bought a used car for 12 years, but I would do so again for them. If you are in the market for a car I would not hesitate to recommend them. Excellent service from start to finish.
