This is the 3rd car we've bought from Motorcade as we have always received excellent service from Victor the owner. The quality of the cars is excellent too. Many are ex lease. So have been well looked after & serviced regularly. We have just bought a Seat Leon estate this time & it is a beautiful car to drive. It was in really good condition. We would highly recommend buying from Motorcade.

Vi var i behov av en automatbil och hade höga förväntningar, men tyvärr blev vi besvikna. Under vår köpprocess var vi nära att göra affär, men vi beslutade oss för att noggrant kontrollera besiktningspapperen. Detta var inte tydligt någonstans – på kontraktet fanns ingen information om körsträckan och hemsidan erbjöd inte alternativ för att filtrera på kilometer eller miles. Det är oprofessionellt av bilhandlaren att inte klargöra detta, och det kan leda till att köpare får en felaktig bild av bilens skick och värde. This is the second time we have used Vic at Motorcade Cars. Absolutely brilliant service. We wanted to look at two cars they were both ready for inspection at the time he said. We settled on one. Vic arranged for us to collect the car a few days later. There she was waiting for us. Vic arranged all transfer papers everything. On recommendation from a friend I visited this business. It is run by a very pleasant and helpful man, Vic. I had already seen a vehicle on the site which I wanted to test drive. Vic arranged this for me at a time to suit me. The car was exactly what I wanted and the deal was settled within minutes. He took our previous car in part exchange and carried out all necessary paperwork. I was able to pick the car up at my convenience 4 days later. A truly pleasant experience.

Very disappointing experience with this dealership. After arranging an appointment via Facebook to view a specific car, the salesperson remained seated, merely pointing us towards a car parked on the lot. Upon inspecting it, we noticed it was the wrong vehicle—same model, but with much higher mileage. When we brought this to the salesperson's attention, he became irritated and defensive, blaming us for not checking the website and claiming the car we wanted was probably sold. Despite showing him our messages and pictures from Facebook, he refused to even acknowledge them. We were genuinely ready to make a purchase, but the salesperson's rude and unprofessional behavior drove us to leave. I would definitely recommend avoiding this dealership.

An extensive selection of high quality cars. We were so satisfied with the first car we purchased from Motorcade we bought a second car from them, and would have no hesitation in buying from them again. They sort out all of the paperwork changes and provided a great after sales service in handling our queries.

Great service. I bought a car from Vic that was 7 years old following a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, as with any older car, a few issues arose after I had driven it away and paid for it. The warranty was honoured without issue and we were given a courtesy car whilst repairs were carried out. Cannot recommend highly enough.

First time we are buying a car in Spain. We were a bit weary who we buy from in case things go wrong. I’m Pleased to say that the couple of issues we had with the car Victor was onto it and dealt with it at the first opportunity. No hesitation. The warranty means warranty with these guys. I would be very careful about buying any car from this place... My friend and myself purchased a car and had nothing but trouble.. When you try to find out who owns the company it's difficult. We eventually got some answers and found out that the salesman is actually part of the ownership The lady we spoke with referred to him as the salesman.. Very odd

Bought a Land Rover recently from Vic and Raúl , sadly we had an issue with the car in hours of taking it away !! No one’s fault just one of those strange Franklin’s that appears at certain speeds or load !! Vic took the car back without hesitation and gave us a loan car . We left it for a few days until we asked for an update and the garage who were looking at it could find nothing wrong ! So we’re investigating ! You could see Vic’s frustration so left it a few more days . Obviously now getting to close to the 14 days period where you can return goods , so we were getting a bit hesitant !! But we can. It praise Vic enough , he did all he could even offering us good discounts on more expensive vehicles , but we opted for a full refund which Vic gave us. I would recommend Vic, Raúl and Maria at Motorcade if your looking for a garage run by decent honest people .

Friendly reception from Victor & Les. Very good selection of cars to suit most peoples pockets. The car I came to see was impeccable. I was allowed to inspect everything and not having an eager salesman pressurising you was perfect. Road test was equally good. The sale confirmed Vic took care of all paperwork and transfers. A nice Mercedes E class convertible and again fantastic service. It only had a short ITV but Vic promised as soon as it runs out pop it back and will put a new one on. That he did true to his world. I have bought a number of different luxury cars from them including a Range Rover, a Land Rover Discovery and a Jaguar XK Sports Car and the process and the documentation system you receive when you purchase the vehicle is excellent. We bought our VW Golf from Vic three years ago when we first arrived in Spain with absolutely no knowledge of how the system works here. Absolutely awful experience. The worst buying experience of a car I have had ever. The 1 year guarantee details. Questionable. I found the owner verbally aggressive you will see similar comments on these reviews. Range Rover bought for 17,000 a year ago, 3,000 spent to fix it. 10,000 to sell it. 10,000 out of my pocket loss. And a year of hell with this firm. Use with caution ⛔️ I can’t be more honest with my review.

Vic is not the easiest person to deal with, but fair play the 11 year old car S Max with 275,000km on the clock is a beast requiring little or no maintenance and breezing it’s MOT - get past Vic’s abruptness and you are on winner

The A/C broke a couple of weeks ago and although it wasn’t covered by the warranty Motorcade got it repaired for us at a really good price and they gave us a car to use whilst it was being repaired. If you are looking to buy a car I would highly recommend them.

As a new resident of Spain, not knowing the process or etiquette of buying a used car other than “it’s expensive” I was a little apprehensive, but Vic was very easy to deal with; no pressure, no pushiness and just generally nice to chat with and deal with. The car we bought is of top quality; a little higher mileage than we would go for in the uk but this is fairly normal from what I gather from research plus the car has been meticulously maintained; we agreed a good deal, and I didn’t feel the need to try and chip the price like we do in the uk ; partly because Vic bought my RHD UK car in p/ex so that saved me hassle and cost of getting back to UK, but also the lack of pressure. They also arrange insurance, again no pressure; I got cheaper and more expensive quotes for what seemed like less cover, but again the peace of mind of someone knowing the ins and outs, and process of setting up etc is priceless. All in all a good experience in buying my first Spanish car; a nice change from the red tape of Spain or the long winded process in the UK. Would strongly recommend

We have bought two cars from Vic, the last one a week ago which is 11 years old. Various flaws which is to be expected. Each one I pointed out Vic ordered the replacement. On the journey home the engine warning light activated. We informed Maria who promptly arranged repair under warranty at a local garage for next Monday. Very happy with the vehicle and happy and impressed with the professionalism of this firm.

I have just purchased my third car from victor at motorcade cars. The first was in 2013. The whole process is straight forward, you see the car you want that’s it so no pressure sales. After our permanent move to Spain we needed to sell our UK registered RHD and buy a Spanish one. A super service, the whole process of changing our U.K. registered car for a Spanish one was seamless. Bought my car unseen based on previous reviews and because they had the type of car I was looking for - I was not disappointed! Having moved to Spain from UK 'just in time' to beat the Brexit deadline, the one outstanding urgent action was the decision needed to either buy a Spanish car or re-register our UK car. EVERYONE I asked and EVERYTHING I read all said it was far easier to buy a Spanish car. The second hand car market is very different from the UK and, it seemed, full of rather dodgy reviews, warnings of private sellers and in general a 'bit of a mine field'. I found Motorcade on line with 5 star reviews - so I picked the phone up and checked them out! Vic and Maria were simply amazing. Responding quickly to my emails, calls and questions. They organised everything for me including the delivery of the car. From first contact to being the proud owner of a Spanish car - fully taxed, insured, with a complete service history - all in exactly one week. Brilliant! This was the first time I have every bought a car without viewing it or test driving it in person - so there were some nerves on my side that's for sure - unnecessary as it turns out - so brilliant and a huge relief! Moved to Spain from Australia with little knowledge of the Spanish car industry and was recommended to Motorcade. Was so happy with the service we received, both with the purchase of our car but also car insurance. Bought a Ford Kuga from this company last week. Service was very efficient. Paperwork done and dusted in a couple of hours and drove away in the car. Car had full service history as advertised and is in excellent condition. Very pleased.
