Si tienes un problema en tu coche y lo llevas, ya tienes dos problemas. Seguramente los mecánicos sean buenos profesionales, pero la persona que gestiona el servicio hace difícil lo fácil encontrando problemas donde no los hay. Nada recomendable.

Mal servicio, su consejo es q si el coche sigue tirando aceite lo lleve al desguace. Poco profesionales. Sólo había q cambiar una pieza.

One of the best garages ive ever dealt with - thankyou. Our 2 yr old English motorhome had a serious fault whilst en route back to UK on a Thur pm of bank holiday weekend ! These guys dropped what they were doing to get a diagnosis so they could order parts before holiday and then on the first day back they had it fixed same day. Perfect customer service by the garage (*who speak perfect English). Our next car in Spain will be coming from them. They put English Ford dealers to shame !!

They are the No 1 Ford dealer in Rojales. The MD is a hands on top guy who went to great lengths to personally sort out my cars intermittent problem, under warranty, even though I didn't purchase the car there. Thanks very much, Alfredo.

Contento con el servicio de la Ford en Rojales

Terrible I am not very unhappy with the Ford garage repairing my car . They said I can pick the car up Friday night and that they had to put A new battery on my car and replace the rear wiper blade . There was nothing wrong with either , it was just another way of making money. They never even contacted me to say they needed changing or asking me for my permission. When I got in the car I tried the lights and the one they replaced the low beam was not working. Now you thought they would have tested it before I picked it up. Also the headlight on one side will not dip with the internal switch, for if you have passengers in the back . So I just left it at the garage as it's not properly repaired.

I had intermittent problem with changing gears. I explained that the Ford Fiesta had no problems on climbing hills at all. I went to this Ford dealership believing that they could resolve the problem. They said I needed a new clutch and associated cabling costing over 600 euro, needless to say the car was ok for a couple of weeks and when a friend was using it the original problem was back. He took it to small local garage who changed the linkage for 130 euro, problem solved. I feel totally ripped off by this Ford dealership, especially as I had suggested the linkage was likely to be the problem according to what I could see on the internet.
